Ann R.I have used Best Mechanical, but never again. They are not reasonable in terms of price, parts have been faulty and I question their workmanship. On the last job, when I called them to fix a leak in a sewer ejector that they installed about 3 years ago, they charged me $275 for about 1/2 hour's time. I wasn't happy that the apparatus was already leaking, but to charge what equates to $550/hour is outrageous. I contacted an owner to complain about the bill, but was never able to reach him. I left 3-4 voice messages and I sent an email. I would not recommend using them.
