Michael recently remodeled my bathroom. I have to see he is professional , takes pride of his job. He lives actually far from my house, but for several weeks, he drove to my house almost everyday to do the job . Before we came back home, he cleaned the working site. Our life was almost not disturbed. He knows what he is doing. I would Recommend him.

My great experience with Michael started with the quote. He replied to my online request and then offered to come out for free to see what I needed done. Scheduling that was straightforward and he arrived at exactly the time requested. He took a look at my jobs (a mixture of plumbing and electrical work) and gave me an amazing price. I asked him to give me a few days as I hadn't received all the hardware. Once I had, I called him and he was able to come out the next day to start. He showed up on time and stayed till late in the night so that he could get as much done as he could. I asked for some modifications to the original work and he discovered a lingering plumbing issue yet he didn't ask for a huge increase in price. His pricing is fair and actually at the bottom end of the pricing scale. His actual work was top notch. He is meticulous about how he does everything and he takes pictures and explains any problem or issues that might arise as he is doing work. HIs transparency gave us confidence to ask him to do more things. His fair pricing meant that we didn't have a shock. We actually tripled the amount that we intended to spend, but, we actually got him to do so much more work because we trusted him.
On top of all that he even called us a few days after the work to check in on us.
Highly recommend this professional. In all areas: pricing, timeliness, neatness of work, actually fix things, he is top notch.

I worked with a lot of contractors in Philly and was disappointed with every sing one until I contact Mikhail. I had a huge list of things that needed to be done and he gave us great advice on how to fix things the right way and more economical ways for other items on my list.

This is very refreshing. He understood that our family needed our hot water heater repaired but advised me that he would and could not leave the heater on as it would not be safe. Mihail was great! We bought a new washer/dryer set but on installation we were told the gas hose would not be long enough. Turns out we needed to extend our gas pipes to get within the required distance. Sent out some RFQs on YELP and Mihail was quick to respond. Offered to come by the next day (today) to take a look. Once here, he quickly figured out what we needed and was able to do the work on the spot for a very reasonable cost. He stuck around to make sure everything was working too. Absolutely will reach out to him again when we need something else.

This guy is awesome. Professional, impressively fast in responding on Yelp, and very pleasant to work with. We had a sewage pump emergency, and he drove an hour to help us. Despite his best efforts, he couldn't fix it, but made it incredibly easy for the next guy who showed up, by opening up the pump and taking photos of the badge to figure out the make and model. Despite my objections, he charged us a very small fee, since he felt he couldn't solve our problem. Definitely have his card on the fridge.

World needs more honest people like Mihail. I spent probably couple hours messaging him about my water heater issue and he gave me his time on a Friday night mind you, to answer all my questions and offer his opinion and other options rather than selling me parts. In the end I didn't use his service because he was booked for couple weeks but his expertise and friendly knowledgeable advice makes me recommend him to anyone looking for a fair, honest handyman.

I was a little nervous about hiring a contractor with only two reviews but I went for it anyway.
My bathroom tile was in gross shape from a bad grout job I had done several years ago. Mihail removed all the existing mildewed grout and caulk, scrubbed everything, regrouted and caulked and left my bathroom gleaming. He worked all day in my cramped bathroom without a single break, and took extra care to handle cleaning the hardware and doing additional recaulking in other spots. This is one of those stupid projects I put off for years and I'm so happy with the results, it really feels like I have a new bathroom. Highly recommend Best in Town and will definitely call him again!
