I had a toilet overflow issue at the house while everyone was away. Sooo, needless to say, I came home to drenched (not soaked, but DRENCHED) tile and carpet flooring. I called Best In The West Plumbing first and foremost and, guess what? Damien demonstrated why they are Best In The West for plumbing services. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also noted things I should / need make repairs to.

On New Years Eve our kitchen sink backed up, and later we noticed water bubbling up onto the floor. We called Best in the West Plumbing based on a referral from a friend who had used Best in the West. Damien came out and assessed the situation, removed the clog using a special pressure snake, then had to open the wall behind our cabinet to find the problem. A coupling had failed and water had been leaking into our wall and under our floor. Damien quickly fixed the problem, was very honest, and referred us to another company that assesses water damages after he noticed damages in the floor and walls. Damien was professional and answered all our questions. I would recommend Best in the West and even put up a couple of his cards in our lunch room. Hardworking, honest work!

We wanted to get our house completely re-piped for some time, but kept putting it off because we thought we couldn't afford it. We called Glenn Allen, owner of Best in the West Plumbing. Glenn gave us such a great deal that we started the work right away. Glenn and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable about all aspects of the job, and extremely efficient with their time. They were able to complete the job within 3 days, exactly as scheduled. They even drove over an hour away to do the job. I HIGHLY recommend to call Best in the West Plumbing Company before anyone else.

Don't walk but run away from these guys. Nice and friendly before they get your money. Hired them to repair leaking water main. They made supposed repair but was leaking afterwards, they claimed it was a new leak, and thay I should replace the whole main line for $3500.00. They also installed a new Pressure reducer, telling me my water pressure was too high and would hurt my plumbing fixture seals. I noticed later where they hooked up the gauge to show this to me was in front of the water pressure reducer, so I was dupped. I had already paid the guys the full amount, and they were non responsive. I called another plumber from Home Advisor who determined the Main Line leak was not even on my side of meter but cities side, and city would be responsible. So If my suspicions weren't already up being in the industry, and I was an unsuspecting soul, I would have spent another $3500.00 to these guys, and still would not have fixed the problem. I hope I saved someone some anguish and hard earned dollars by warning them about my experience with ""Best in the West Plumbing"".
