Great job from the employees that came out today. Couple of highlights: 1) professional- they were wearing clean uniforms and dressed in appropriate ppe as needed. Also, handled the business transaction after the call was over with accuracy. 2) Identified the problem- they located the deficiency with my toilet immediately and fixed the problem promptly. 3) most impressively, provided a learning environment- the experienced gentleman established a position of teacher and provided wisdom to the younger gentleman. I heard him in there walking him through some sort of plumbing issue and I was impressed. Good job!

Decided to switch over to a tankless water heater Ryan and Damien were right there to get the service done efficiently. Haven't had any issues since it's been put in and I've always have hot water! And that's really nice especially when you have three bathrooms! And I know if there's any problem I can just call Best In The West plumbing to come back very dependable.

Quick and fair service.

The drain line from our laundry room was clogged and kept backing up.

Best In The West came out and solved our problem by breaking the clog with a snake. Since our pipes are very old had a ton of build up, they were able to water jet all the gunk out.

Our laundry drain and kitchen lines both drain much better now. Happy I called them and now I can stop worrying about the drain every time we do laundry.

We just bought this house and needed to remove old water treatment tanks and associated plumbing. Best In the West arrived on schedule and were courteous and professional. They completed the work quickly and cleaned-up the areas when the work was completed. We were very impressed with the service they provided.
It should be noted that we contacted three plumbers for this job.
Only Best In The West Plumbing realized that one of the water return lines needed to be looped back instead of capped. The other two plumbers would have mistakenly cut off the water supply to the house!

Best in the West is wonderful. I am so glad we found them! We are so happy with Ryan in particular! We had a bad situation of sewage water coming up out of our downstairs shower. This morning we first went through our Home Warranty Insurance company. They sent a really terrible plumber who was unbelievably rude, gruff, and insulting-- he diagnosed the problem without even walking around the house and doing any kind of remotely thorough assessment. He claimed we did not have any clean out access point that could address the blockage and they'd have to install a new one for $3200. Something did not seem right about his disinterest in even inspecting our home and situation (and his outright rudeness and disrespectfulness.) We called Best in the West-- Ryan arrived promptly (the day after Thanksgiving), was kind, friendly, professional and honest. He FOUND the access point that we DID have. It was behind a big stack of boxes in the garage. He suggested we take a look behind our storage, and wha-la! There it was! He was able to remove the blockage by accessing the pipe this way-- for $325, which struck me as completely reasonable, and we gladly paid! We will most definitely have him back to hydrojet the line next week, and continue to use Best in the West. Thank you so, so much Ryan and Best in the West. You made a very bad situation so much better, very fast. We are grateful.
