Tim S.My A\c went out I called best home services air, they came out in the big blue van and tried to tell me I needed a whole new a/c system, I told him my system is only s few years old, so the tech went out to the unit on the side of the house, he replaced a capacitor and charged me 350 and 20 for a service call so 370. I looked up the item he installed it costs 10 from grainger. So I was lied to and they even tried to rip me off, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Mama Mia S.When I noticed a small leak of my 80 gallon hot water tank on a Saturday night I was in a panic. I contacted BEST HOME SERVICES and within an hour a tech named Paul was at my door. I must commend him for being kind enough to call me when he was stuck in traffic, so I knew he might be a few minutes later than expected. Very professional, he singlehandedly removed that 80 gallon tank and replaced it with a new 50 gallon one (at my request - I am no longer in need of the larger capacity). I was extremely pleased with his work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS
