This company cost my family thousands with replacements that didn't need to replaced. The $19.99 service call is a complete scam. After speaking with the tech who came out. He said he only gets paid if he """"upgrades"""" items on a service call. He says management called my parents whales. BEWARE of this scam!!!

Charged my card without permission and without service! I used them months ago and they were paid in full. $48.00 random charge hit my credit card. No I never agreed to any monthly fees etc, and yes all of my services have been paid in full at time of service. I have disputed the charge and expect a full refund immediately. Now I know I won't be using this company again!

Discovered water heater was leaking, on Friday night. Called BHS Saturday, told rep what type unit I needed, was told there was a good chance tech would have it on his truck. Tech arrived on time. Given a verbal quote of $1500-$1600. I had priced a unit at two places, around $400 so I was stunned and asked what was the cost of unit, he said about $600 & they would not charge me for the additional parts needed for installation. That was $900-$1000 labor. I told him I was was waiting to get another quote and asked him to email me the itemized quote, he said he would, I paid the service fee and said I would let them know. I never got the email with itemized estimate, all I got was a text asking me to rate the tech. Bottom line, I think he knew his estimate was outrageous. I bought unit myself and had it installed by someone else, total cost half of what Best Home Services would have charged me. Would not recommend.

SCAMMERS!! The guys get paid commission based on what you pay for in services & parts! They jack up your price & even make up things that aren't even needed to fatten their paychecks! I was told I needed a brand new AC (my AC is only 3 years old) when it ended up being a clogged drain line. Luckily I got a second opinion! After this I started asking around & talked to a previous employee who confirmed how their pay works & how they are encouraged to rip people off!

This company responds quickly and politely, HOWEVER their prices for jobs performed are OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced!!!!! $300 to seat a toilet! $299 to replace a small faucet( I provided the faucet!) those prices are ridiculous! $90 to seat a commode and $75 to replace a faucet set is the going rate here. These people are nothing but rip offs! My husband sent the guy packing. I hate to think how many senior citizens are ripped off in Florida every minute.

Worst Home Services!!! Go elsewhere fast. Installed a new water heater and water filtration system 2 years ago. Unit inspected a year ago. No problem. Was told today units leak and fire and explosion possibilities. Get the word out!!! Steve A Another negative experience with Worst Home Services. They installed a while house water filtration system in 2016 and cannot give me the price of the two filters to be replaced. """"We need to send a technician out."""" Either you know the price of a filter or not. This isn't rocket science and it is definitely not customer service. Go elsewhere where transparency with customers is the game. Steve A.

They were called for a 2nd opinion/price on our duct work to repair or replace. My husband and I were pressured for a few hours into buying """"better"""" UV lights for our AC system inside the unit. I later found this purchase was NOT NECESSARY! Never got the price for the duct work. Cost- over $2,000.00 for something we didn't need. They refuse to fix this situation. We are senior citizens.

Stay Away. $2,800.00 for 7 hours work ($400 an hour). Our drain system became clogged while we were out of the country and our dog sitter called BHS. After a camera system review of the underground piping they determined it needed to be snaked out. Typical plumber rates are around $100.00 an hour which includes labor, truck and all equipment costs. Needless to say we were astounded by the cost but was left with little choice.

This is by far the worst group of liars I have ever experienced. Several people have experienced the same They tell you you need repairs which are not true please get several opinions from other air condition companies first before you spend a dime.
