Best home services is a terribly deceiving company to work with. I hired them in October 2018 to do an easy plumbing job in a bathroom and they charged over $5000 to do something that would only cost typically $700. I'm a contractor and I would never recommend Best Home Services for any of your plumbing needs. I don't typically write reviews, but I made an exception to go out of my way to make the public aware of this businesses practices. Stay away!

This is a """"BEWARE"""" warning on their business tactics. They add additional charges to invoice, never give you anything in writing until after you sign their iPad and they leave & tech lied about informing me of automatic annual charges, left me with no water for over an hour & a half while they went to lunch & when I did complain I was told, """"well they can't work on an empty stomach"""" & to top it all off I found out I was way over charged & the well pressure was never fixed & I was told they would have to charge for another service call. I didn't even call them for service, I called Veterans Air & they sent Best Home Services out to me without even consulting me first. I'm not the only one that they've done this to. Always check reviews....

Best is the worst. AVOID this company at all costs. I used them last year to replace my HVAC. This was a $14k job. The job was ok, but if you do hire them, they will never stop calling you to market new services to you. They do this under the guise of """"we want to schedule your free service."""" I have tried everything to get them to stop. They call every day. I've even returned their call and politely asked them to please stop calling. I even went ahead and scheduled the free service! But nothing works. They still keep calling. So, in a desperate attempt, hoping that someone from Best will read a google review, I left one yesterday. Alesia (manager?) emailed me apologizing, and promising no more calls. That was yesterday. Unfortunately, today at 3:03 p.m., I received another robo-call from Best! This would be funny if it wasn't so annoying. Stop robo-calling me!

Called Best to replace toilet handle that had broken off. Technician came and quoted me $230 to replace the handle which didn't even cost $10 and took 5 minutes of his time to repair. His invoice stated minor service task level 1. I challenged the price b/c I had both toilet handles replaced a year ago by Best and they cost $100 each. He indicated a price increase. Seriously, $130 for a 5 minute simple job. The technician looked it up and honored the price; however, I wanted to apply a $50 coupon that they sent me for future use, and he would not honor it. I tried contacting the plumbing manager 5 times this week, and was not extended even the courtesy of a call back. I would be hard pressed to renew my service plan with them. Buyer beware.

Crooks. If you want your AC repaired, be prepared to be pressured into purchasing an entirely new system at 25% more than the competition. They came in and replaced two parts and the AC still didn't work. They told me they couldn't fix the refrigerant problem and then quoted me a new system. I said no. Instead, I called two other places and ended up with a service that refilled the refrigerant, giving us short term relief, and quoted me a new high end system for $4,000 less than Best Home Services. They deserve the average 1.5 star ratings on Yelp. BTW, their annual maintenance agreement is 33% more expensive than their competitor. Stay away!!!

The service people never show up as scheduled. When they are running behind or unable to get to you at the appointed time, they don't call or notify you of any change in scheduling. Very poor communication and not very responsive to customer concerns.

I usedBest Home Services because I looked at google reviews. The plumbing cost was very very expensive so the rep told me to buy a plan where you get 2 cleanings on air conditioner, plumbing check up and electrical check up. The 1st air conditioner service was good- but he was pushing that I needed a new system asap....almost a year later the rep was supposed to clean my lines but I never heard him vacuum and he was outside for only 20 min. They are the biggest rip off in Naple! DO NOT USE THEM! They are on commission and have daily quota! I would give negative stars if I could!

Best Home Services - Naples 1455 Rail Head Blvd #1, Naples, FL 34110 This company has employees who like threatening the customers and harass!! Instead of calling me politely, they were bullying me through emails and phone calls leaving nasty messages!!Back and forth!! It was very frustrating !! Sarah the manager and Alesia from the CES Department!! After 1 year and 7 months later when the project was done with them on 9/6/2022 through Ygrene a pace program. Meanwhile this whole time I thought Ygrene had paid them since the phone calls were done through their technicians with Ygrene by telephone . I don't do projects unless it was agreed that day which it was through a pace program! So now I get the threats from both Sarah and Alesia stating I will put a lien on your house and report you to collections ! Also Alesia wrote go change your review if you want to etc!! So I called the office and spoke with Tamara at Best Home services and told her that I wanted to speak to Sarah etc. So, right after that phone call with Tamara I get another email it's from Sarah writing """""""" Customer sent to collections. By law we can no longer speak to the customer. Please refer the customer to Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, """"Also you cannot send someone to collections or try to put a lien on their property without consulting with the customer agreeing to a payment plan or another P.A.C.E! Program. I know my rights as a customer!!! And you all were wrong about it and did not handle the situation correctly with integrity, compassion, or loyalty!!"""" If your employees do not know how to return back customers phone calls or discuss with what happens with non payments through Ygrene on 9/6/2022, and calling me years later harassing me !They need better training!!
