The plumbing cost was very very expensive so the rep told me to buy a plan where you get 2 cleanings on air conditioner, plumbing check up and electrical check up. The 1st air conditioner service was good- but he was pushing that I needed a new system asap....almost a year later the rep was supposed to clean my lines but I never heard him vacuum and he was outside for only 20 min. They are the biggest rip off in Naple! DO NOT USE THEM! They are on commission and have daily quota! I would give negative stars if I could!
Best Home Services - Naples 1455 Rail Head Blvd #1, Naples, FL 34110 This company has employees who like threatening the customers and harass!! Instead of calling me politely, they were bullying me through emails and phone calls leaving nasty messages!!Back and forth!! It was very frustrating !! Sarah the manager and Alesia from the CES Department!! After 1 year and 7 months later when the project was done with them on 9/6/2022 through Ygrene a pace program. Meanwhile this whole time I thought Ygrene had paid them since the phone calls were done through their technicians with Ygrene by telephone . I don't do projects unless it was agreed that day which it was through a pace program! So now I get the threats from both Sarah and Alesia stating I will put a lien on your house and report you to collections ! Also Alesia wrote go change your review if you want to etc!! So I called the office and spoke with Tamara at Best Home services and told her that I wanted to speak to Sarah etc. So, right after that phone call with Tamara I get another email it's from Sarah writing """""""" Customer sent to collections. By law we can no longer speak to the customer. Please refer the customer to Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, """"Also you cannot send someone to collections or try to put a lien on their property without consulting with the customer agreeing to a payment plan or another P.A.C.E! Program. I know my rights as a customer!!! And you all were wrong about it and did not handle the situation correctly with integrity, compassion, or loyalty!!"""" If your employees do not know how to return back customers phone calls or discuss with what happens with non payments through Ygrene on 9/6/2022, and calling me years later harassing me !They need better training!!
Laura S.I contacted Best Home Services to get a quote for a simple task, to run an ethernet cable from my modem to my office. The technician that was sent to my house spent over an hour here and then said he unable to give a quote, saying it wasn't his area of expertise. He did, however, open exterior equipment panels on both sides of my house which had nothing to do with my request. I asked why and he said it's company policy and he got bitched at last week because he didn't get at least ten to twelve photos of the customer's home and equipment. I was not asked permission to take these photos and asked him to delete them. He didn't know how to, so I called the office to ask them to and the CSR said the department manager refused to do it. I asked that person to please call me back because I couldn't believe what I just heard. That manager never returned my call, so 2 days later I called Best Home Services' general manager William Patrick Watkins and he confirmed that he would not, saying that he could delete them but he wouldn't because that's their policy and that was more important than respecting their customer's wishes. I am shocked at their appalling lack of courtesy and professionalism.
this company is the absolute worst , they changed there invoices , overcharge and lie about what they say have been done , they do not tell you anything or disclose there paperwork add ons till after you sign , no customer service it took three weeks before i was able to speak with someone and after that he never followed up please dont use them they say they give you a 50 or 25 coupon then still overcharge and add back the coupon to the invoice horrible no customer service
I needed a couple of outlets replaced outside for my well system. Orestes Paredes was my technician. He was very kind and professional and did the work in a timely manner. Highly recommended !
I had an AC and plumbing maintenance agreement with Best. Per usual I set up the appointments for both inspections. The past three inspections resulted in a statement that all was in good condition. This month Best AC came to my house and told me my unit was full of mold. Over $2000 to remediate. Two days later the plumber came and told me I needed a whole house repipe. Cost over $14,000 but I would get a discount if I had them install a new water heater which he claimed was leaking and unable to be drained. My handyman came over and was able to drain the unit and did not see any leaks. These guys are nothing more than used car salesmen posing as professional mechanics. Buyer beware. Needless to say I am canceling my maintenance agreements.
This company claims, very loudly, over radio and on its trucks to be the BEST in-home services, yet it is anything but. They are crooks. They gave me no written estimate, sent someone who spoke no English, was in my home for less than 10 minutes, determined I needed a $2040 water heater I had someone else install for $1400, and charged me $243 for the call on a regular week day. Making matters worse, I fought the charge through Capital One for months before they decided with BEST and against me, the consumers. So, don't think you have protection and go with them. They should change their name to WORST!

made an appointment for a weekday between 10 AM and 2 PM. Was informed I would get a call about 30 to 45 minutes before arrival. No one showed. No phone call. I suggest they rename the company WORST and instead of a Superman have a Peter Pan as their symbol. I called the company to complain and received a bizarre, unbelievable explanation about why no one showed. WORST is the WORST.
