We asked for a water line to toilet be repaired and diagnose and fix water a 4-year old water heater problem. This is a long story; here is a summary. On his own, not requested, before he did any work, the technician spent 1 hour examining every plumbing fixture we had, went to his truck, and came back with a proposal to fix all items plus sell us some type of water purification program. He had a range of prices starting at $10,000. Needless to say, our jaws dropped. We asked him to just fix our water line leak and he said he would but he couldn't guarantee his work without rebuilding the toilet which was $200+. We paid the $19 service fee and asked him to leave. We contracted another plumber who was here less than 30 minutes and fixed both issues. Toilet water line (no rebuilding) and water heater (just had to turn up the temperature) now working great.

A never again experience, prices are out of this world. We got everything done for 75% less and by a pro and trusted person with a lot of experience on not ripping off the community. This company is a joke, replacing a pipe and doing little repairs they came up to almost 2,000 and they told us they can't guarantee the job? What in the world? Never again. A big NO, NO!

I had this company come in and replace my air conditioner. Great job they did!! My complaint is they KEEP calling my number after numerous times I have told them not to use my cell number anymore. NO ONE talks to the next department. A communication gap lacks with this company. Very disappointed in this. Feel almost harassed. Stop with the annoying calls.

BEWARE of this company. You pay a $19.99 service call fee and then get they try and sell you on everything in your home. After a second opinion I saved myself and my senior parents thousands in uneeded replacements.

If I could leave a negative rating for this business I would. We just had our semi-anual maintenance done on our 18 month old Carrier Infinity Air conditioning unit performed and the technician told is the UV bulb needed to be replaced. We opened the side panel to get the part number to order from Amazon and discovered the bulb was still working. This company are complete sheisters and rip off artists. Don't hire them unless you have more money than God and don't care if you give it away. They have lied to us repeatedly.

Terribly disappointed with my experience today from Best home services and the finance manager Paul I have had a service contract with home-based services for several years along with purchasing a $7000 air conditioner from them last year I called with an electrical problem that they quoted me prices from $4000-$10,000 with an option to finance I picked an option called went to the finance department and was then informed we don't offer that program in your ZIP Code basically this is saying we know the area you live in we know you have the money to pay upfront fine I'll cut you a check when the jobs done OK no problem they come out to do an inventory on the parts needed for the repair that I have chosen and then informed me that they want a deposit after living in Southwest Florida for 40 years you learn one lesson there is no reputable company that ask for upfront money here today gone tomorrow doesn't matter what their trucks say on the side of how many years in business , A normal thinking person would think after buying a $7000 air conditioner having a continuous service contract along with the perfect credit score that they would want to do business with me I was informed that if I don't pay it up front deposit that they cannot do business with me !! My experience with the finance manager Paul was horrible ZERO customer service skills and attitude was cold and uncaring on the other my technician Bruno that came out I would give five stars to he did everything he possibly could to make the deal happen very nice kid very clean-cut well spoken and very knowledgeable my experience with Bruno was five star my experience with Paul was zero STARS Best home services has seen the last of me ,,buyer beware from a lifetime Southwest Florida resident never give money upfront to a service company in Southwest Florida

I am so impressed with how organized and prompt this company is. They are very thorough with the communication process. They call 30 minutes before they arrive. They even bring their own shoe covers to protect your home! All I can say is wow!! I needed some lights changed out in my house and some other electrical done. They had all the right answers and all the right equipment on their truck to do the job right then. I am so impressed. I will strongly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I called these guys to assess a problem with my air handler. Before he even touched the unit he tried to sell me a duct sealing service for over $2,000. He had no idea how to fix my problem but wanted to sell the duct sealing. He charged me $75 for the privilege. I received no repair recommendation and no value for the $75. I think all they want to do is sell you something yo don't need. I would not recommend this company.

I would not recommend best home services because a while back my father needed his house ac ducts cleaned and was installing a new ac with third party company Lowe's first we called best home services some guy came house and gave us a quote for 1200 and my father agreed he gave a doposit for 600 the day after 600 more when the work was completed so the next day we show up at the house ac company Lowe's tells me best home services had just left and when I looked at the ducts nothing had been done to them at all so I called the best home services technician that had just left to see what was going on maybe some kind of misunderstanding I thought well he said they had done the work and he wanted to collect the other 600 immediately called the main number for best home services they said it's some kind of misunderstanding and if I wasn't happy with the work they could come back out and do it again and I said they didn't do anything at all so when the technician shows up I literally was with him babysitting making sure they actually did the work it worries me what if I wasn't there to help my father an old person wouldn't be able to get up to the ducts to check if they actually did the work so no I would not recomend best home services also they refused to acknowledge what their employees had done they just called it a misunderstanding.
