We used them to check our drain pipes and existing drywell which no longer handled rainwater runoff, causing repeated flooding. From initial job survey to estimate to job completion, Best Flo was amazing. They did professional work and cleaned up nicely. I was blown away by Jody's skill at operating the back hoe in very tight quarters. He devised a creative way to deal with our challenging problems and he and his crew did a fabulous job. We will use them for any related plumbing or cesspool work in the future. Highly recommended!

Had a cesspool and overflow installed in a VERY tight spot right off a busy county rd. The excavator was a surgeon! They did an incredible job getting nice and deep. Very careful to limit what had to be removed. Highly recommended.

They advertise that they offer low or discounted prices. I wasn't home when they came, but they were very very expensive. My wife paid them, otherwise I would have told them to get lost. They only pumped out 2 of the 3 septic tanks we have. They left the yard a mess, including a sewage trail and a puddle of sewage in my driveway. No way would I recommend this company. Stay away.

I used them to do routine maintenance of my cesspool and was very happy with the service provided, minus them trying to upsellme services that were not actually needed. Then in a pinch a few months later I used them to snake my my main line $550. Their prices are outrageous, and then was told my toilet was simply ""bad"". Toilets don't go bad, parts wear out, things break but none of this applied to the issues at hand. I have a background in plumbing and don't like bullsh*t. They left a estimate to replace the toilet with a price tag of $850!!!. I will never use their services again.

Must give credit where credit is due. I called Mike to complain that the service initially rendered was ""incomplete""--i.e., they didn't pump enough. Mike immediately said ""no problem, we'll do it again"". They came again promptly and re-opened my cesspool.
Bottom line, they did the right job the first time but still came back , no questions asked. This company deserves your business.

I called best flow of Bayport because I met Mike at a Home Depot and discussed my plumbing problems. I would not advise hiring this company. He did come to my home and cleared my tub drain of water and then we discussed installing a new toilet and vanity in my bathroom. I told him that he needs to fill out papers that proves that he has workman's compensation insurance and and my complex maintenance office needs that proof. He yesed me up and down saying that he knows my complex because his grandmother lives in it and that he actually lived in it across the street from me but moved, so he claimed that he knew all the red tape that needed to be taken care of and we made a date to go to Home Depot and purchase a toilet and vanity and he wanted to do the work in one day. That was about two Sundays ago but we had to postpone because he needed to get the insurance through which I think his accounting or somebody. So we made a definite date for last Saturday morning. He was supposed to show up at my house between 8:30 and 9 and we were going to go to Home Depot and buy a toilet and vanity and he was going to install drains in my sink and tub. Saturday morning came and he didn't show up. I took the day off from work oh, I could have worked in one of two offices. I sat and I called all morning to his telephone number, his father's telephone number to Best flow companies telephone number. I spoke to the father briefly and the father said that he was going to speak to his son and find out what was going on but he never called me back. And today is Wednesday and I still have not heard a single word from that company. After our conversation about coming on Saturday morning I even text him confirming as per our conversation that you will come on Saturday between 8:30 and 9. The fact that he did not show, the fact that he did not call was highly unprofessional. Stay away from Bestflo from Bayport. And by the way I called Best flow from Centereach by mistake and the owner of that company said that best flow from Bayport stole the name from the best flow from Centereach and that they've been legal problems. My point is just stay away from best flow of Bayport. If there is a plumber out there that have some common sense, professionalism, integrity, and workman's compensation insurance please leave a message and I will get back to you. Thank you, Beth

Mike came out to my house last week and completed some efficient work on two toilet plumbing issues that I had. I was happy (and still am) with the apparent service that I received, and would have recommended him to others. I called him back out for a continuation of the problem that extended to my sinks this week, however, and I found that the price he quoted to snake two sinks - $315 per sink was ridiculous. He offered a discount, since I had already spend $670 on the previous problem with him, bringing the price down to $275 each, which was still grossly inflated. I declined his services and was quoted between $100 and $150 per sink from a few other local plumbers, making me question his prices to begin with.

These guys were a total rip off. They came to my house and replaced a toilet handle, made of plastic, at a probable cost in Home Depot of about $10, they were there all of 15 minutes and charged me $230 dollars plus tax. In addition, they tried to tell me that I must have a cesspool problem, which must be corrected immediately. This is all nonsense. I had told them prior, that in May, I would hire them to treat my cesspool at that time. After the hosing I got from them, they will never set foot in my house again. If your smart and want to hold onto your money, I would find a new plumber ASAP.

My hats off to Best Flo. We had a backup problem that forced us to shut down all water to the house. We called late on a Monday and they got to use 9:30 AM Tuesday. Chris was the operator and he explained everything he was doing, asked questions about the house and system, and when I told him that the system hadn't been serviced for over a decade, didn't pass judgement or lecture.

He did the work in a very professional way and even when I opened the door for some add-on services, he looked to my better interest and told me to hold off until they were needed. This is what professionalism looks like. Other service companies (and you know who you are!) should take a lesson.
