I was getting ready to sell my house and the two bathrooms were totally outdated and, according to my real estate agent, would prevent us from getting top dollar for the house. It was my agent who recommended David at Best Design Builders to access and remodel both bathrooms. We ended up getting three estimates, and not only was David the most affordable, but his suggestions showed his experience and eye for detail.

Upon meeting David, he was polite and professional. He was able to look at the current layouts and design a great remodel with finishes that met our budget and goals. We're so happy we decided to move forward with the project.

David started the job on time and, more importantly, finished within the timeframe and cost that he originally told us. He did a fantastic job of making the bathrooms look more modern, light and bright. After seeing the finished product, I wish we had decided to remodel the bathrooms sooner so that we could enjoy them for ourselves. Nonetheless, the nicely renovated bathrooms helped us get above asking price for our home. The new owners will definitely enjoy the wonderful looking countertops, cabinets and new showers.

We also ended up using David for a few minor repairs around the home in preparation for the sale. I would highly recommend this company for any home repairs or remodels.
