Michael answered and was at my house with in a hour and a half and fixed the problem with no issues and didn't try to gouge me on the price thx to general plumbing supply for his contact,looks like I have found a keeper thanks

If you haven't noticed yet, Michael at Best Defense Plumbing is officially our go-to for all things plumbing! Last week, Michael set us up with a brand new top-of-the-line tankless water heater. It is badass, let me tell you. Now we're not having to ""warm up"" the shower for what seemed like a lifetime in order to wait for it to get the slightest bit warm. I'm sure that wasted gallons upon gallons of water each and every time.

Michael took out our old water heater tank, and took it away (thank God!) . He reconfigured any pipes needed to make the new tankless water heater work at its best. The new unit is clean, and works like expected. Thanks, Michael, once again. We'll call you for the next job. :)

I had an issue with my faucet in the backyard. Not knowing who to call, I stumbled across Mike's company as I was desperately looking on Yelp. With it being a holiday weekend, I was desperate. Needless to say, I called Mike who responded to my residence within two hours. Mike fixed the problem in a short time (leaky pipe) and was professional. Definitely recommend this company.

I needed a bathroom faucet and lines replaced as well as my tub and shower trim. Mike Baker came out, took a look and replaced everything without a hitch. His prices are great and he's very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my wife's liking. We will definitely be calling him back again to change out the trim in our other 2 bathrooms.

We had one of our faucets go out in our bathtub. I tried to repair it myself but was unable to get sleeve off. I called numerous plumbers. Michael was the most responsive.

We spoke over the phone around 11:30am and our faucet was fixed and ready to go by 2pm the same day.

Our companies restroom sprung a leak. No water in our line of work (we repair and clean cars) is costly, kinda hard to clean cars with no water. We looked on Yelp and found Best Defense Plumbing. Mike was awesome. He was here at the time he said he would be, he quickly resolved our issue and the price was right.
Heaven forbid we run into this type of situation again, but if we do, without a doubt, we will call Mike at Best Defense Plumbing.

We woke up to no hot water one morning, so I started yelping for plumbers since the last couple we used were pretty sad. Came across Best Defense and so happy that I did! I had to leave a voice mail the first time I called, but Mike called me within the hour. We set up a time for him to come by.....he showed up as promised. He gave us an estimate, came back the next day to do the work. He offered to do it that evening in fact, but we had a previous engagement and wouldn't be home. Mike came the next day and gave us our hot water back, and stayed within the estimate. He's super courteous and did not try to BS me. He's a keeper!

Mike came out with a quickness and was able to install a splitter so we could get a threaded hose attached. The work was done quick, with a high amount of attention to detail, and the finished product was clean. The cost was really reasonable for the high quality work.

I've gotten in the habit of going to Yelp first for most everything, especially home repairs. I'm in the process of a buy/sell of our home and have needed repair specialist for multiple projects...windows, electrical, roofing, plumbing, ect. Through this process I've interacted with many local businesses. Some good and some I would never recommend.
My experience with Michael at Best Defense Plumbing has been perfect. From the first time we spoke on the phone to our interaction during the project was flawless. He knew I was on a tight timeframe and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and get the job done.
Michael is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and based on the results obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does.
I'm moving in a couple weeks and already have Michael booked for a project at our new house.
