Excellent!!!! Over and above the Call of Duty. BEST COMFORT HEATING It is in the name. Trey is the BEST. It was the weekend. It was very cold. My fuse box and furnace blew. I could not get a hold of any money until Tuesday. Trey did not leave me in the trenches, he took a personal interest and helped me pay for what I needed personally, then waited for me to pay HIM. I found him to be punctual, neat, and finished the job in a timely professional manner. I would have no hesitation in referring him to friends, family and using his company again . They offer same day service & waive the diagnostic fee if you go with their quote. Tre the master tech offers wonderful service & definitely knows his stuff. The master tech came out & let me know that the reason my furnace was having so many issues after only 2 years of service is because not only it was improperly installed, but it is the wrong type of furnace for the way my house is built. They offered a better solution which included a tankless water heater that was much cheaper than what another contractor quoted to install a new furnace & redo the ductwork.

Hired this company to install a new furnace and air conditioner. $7700. They did a horrible job. They cut my siding in the wrong spot and left a hole in my siding. They left a mess in my basement as well. I called Tre the owner and he stated he would have someone fix the siding. I never heard anything. Called him again, he gave me a contractors name to fix it, called the contractor he never showed. Called Tre again, he said he was sending a guy out to fix it, that was a year ago. Still not fixed. Use another company. These guys are terrible!!!

Furnace stopped working so I called this place since they were one of the top searches in the area. Needed to have the blower motor replaced. Two guys showed up, looked at the furnace and I was told the cost would be $675. It seemed high to me but it was below freezing and we needed heat in the house so I said okay just go ahead and fix it. They showed up around 1230PM and were gone by 130PM. After they left I looked at the bill and it says I was charged 2 labor hours at $135 per hour. The whole time 1 guy worked on the furnace while the other guy just ran to the truck a couple times for tools and a new part and watched the other guy work. Apparently both guys get that ridiculous rate even though 1 of them barely did anything. I would not recommend this place since they overcharge for the part (I was charged about $400 for a part I found online for around $200) and send 2 guys to do the job of 1 guy and charge for both. Furnace works for now, hopefully I don't have to take them up on the 1 year warranty because I don't want to deal with them again.

Absolutely worst company you could ever do business with!!!! Dishonest, lying, money hungry vultures that prey on people that aren't well versed on HVAC!!! Pay attention to the bad reviews since those go into great detail while the good reviews are very vague and most likely employees.

About one year ago, my a/c went out. I called this company and a guy showed up promptly, fixed the a/c, and asked me to make the check out to him personally. I figured that he was a solo business owner, no big deal, not terribly professional, but whatever. I paid him, and was texted a ""receipt.""

Fast forward to one year later and my furnace isn't working. I called the number that I got the receipt from. This time I get a receptionist who tells me that someone will be to my house between 1 and 3. I informed her that I had to work but that my 19 year old daughter would be home to let the tech in. At 3 I called my daughter to see if they ever came and what they said the issue was. She said yes, they came, changed the batteries in the thermostat, charged us $140.00 and left. Now, bear in mind 1. The thermostat was working. 2. The batteries in the thermostat were only a few months old. 3. The furnace still didn't work.

My significant other came home, went into the basement, fiddled with the furnace, and was able to get it to work. Meanwhile, the weather warmed up. Well, the reality was, the furnace still wasn't working. So a week later when the temperature dropped outside, it dropped inside. Now this is a huge problem for me, because I have two very large, very expensive tropical parrots who are susceptible to cold! So I called the company back, gave them a piece of my mind, they attempted to justify the $140.00 charge for changing perfectly good batteries, and said they would send another tech out. Another tech came, again, I had to work, and my daughter was home. I left strict instructions that I was to be called with the results of the inspection. I wasn't. The tech told my daughter there was a safety concern and that the furnace could not be repaired and that we needed a new furnace. Wow. From $140.00 batteries to a new furnace? That's quite a journey! about 8 hours later, I finally received a phone call from the tech. He said that as my daughter had told me, that I needed a whole new furnace and that it was critical because of safety concerns. I informed him that due to my previous experience with his company, his credibility was shot, and I was getting a second opinion. He offered to apply the $140 I paid for my battery change for the new furnace. I said I was still getting the second opinion.

The next day, I got the second opinion. My filter was clogged. The furnace was fixed, finally, for $90.00. Yet Best Comfort wanted to replace my whole furnace!!! Yah!!! Consider yourself warned. This is the kind of company that would amputate your arm for a papercut because it's financially beneficial for them to do so.

Whoa Charlie, where do I begin?!! As an extreme yelper, I should've looked this place up after my fiance said he booked them to fix our furnace. So supposedly they hire contractors to complete the services and repairs for them. We originally had an appointment scheduled for 6-7pm, 730pm comes around and they are a no show. Fiance calls and the young man says, well they double booked me, Im not coming tonight but I will come in the morning between 7-8am. We agree seeing as though a cold house doesn't make us happy. So we suck it up, blanket up and hoodie up for another day in the cold. When the AM approaches, fiance calls at 7am to confirm they will be on there way. The worker said he would be there at 7:30am perfect. Now its 8:30am and they have yet to arrive. Fiance moves forward with taking our little ones to school then they arrive while he's leaving out, a whole hour and a half later. Since school is 10 mins away, he ask them politely to wait. Seeing as though they defaulted on two scheduled appointments already, it should not be a problem to wait 10 mins. The guy agrees to wait then LEAVES. SMH. Once called he claims he actually could not wait. We move forward with contacting his manager due to these multiple missed appointments and unprofessionalism. The manager is taking the side of the worker saying we should not have asked him to wait, although they defaulted on us multiple times. Then the manager says if he missed so many appointments with you, we will pull the phone records and fire him by 1pm. Hey not trying to get anyone fired but its CLEAR THIS COMPANY AS A WHOLE does not have it together. The company is to blame for their inefficiency.

Now back to the drawing board....

If I could give this place a zero I would! Long story short, the technician told us we needed a new AC Unit and it would be about $3500. We had a second opinion from a LICENSED company and they fixed our issue immediately and the part only cost $15! They know most people don't know what to look for so they take advantage of the situation. Terrible ethics!

Tech was late due to huge volume of calls, but he made it up to me and fixed our leaking ac unit quickly and efficiently. The tech robert had excellent communication skills and spoke with my home warranty company at no extra charge so that i can get reimbursed- i appreciate the turnaround.
