Dishonest and Lazy. Replaced my insta-hot, which only had a bad faucet, but he took the heater tank without asking me. He then stripped my bathroom sink faucet mechanism, promised to return but never did. Last of all, he wouldn't even put a new washer in my tubs shower head, stating that I needed to buy a brand new one and that he would replace it when he returned. A month later and he hasn't shown his lazy self.

Ripped me off. Came in and lit the pilot light then told me if it does it again it would cost about $350 for a new coupler system. Told me $50 cash or $90 if I write a check. It took him 5 minutes and he didn't even fix it.
That night it went out again and I called Central Oregon heating and they came out today and cleaned the filters which is supposed to be standard, service call, all fixed.
