We just purchased an old home and noticed that the toilet was leaking. We called in a request through a home warranty program and found Mikhail. He removed the toilet and found that there was an issue with the way it was installed and he ended up having to replace a part of the pipe as well. We were very nervous as new home owners and he was exceeding patient and walked us through what he needed to do and why. We will definitely call him again if we have any other issues.
