After moving into our home, we quickly realized that we needed to replace our old clay, community, sewage line. Johnny, Linker, and their colleagues were so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They came out to the house right away and helped us find the line, pull the permits, and once weather cleared up, they were able to complete the 60 feet or so of sewage line replacement within 72 hours.

They worked with us on the price and were always let us know in advance before they were headed over. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs in the future!

We've called Best Choice twice for plumbing issues in our 35 year old home. The first time, we needed them ASAP and they showed up after 9p to help us. The second time was more routine but they always show up on time and are extremely polite. Linker is awesome! Such a nice person to deal with and does a great job. - Johnny was professional in our first meeting.

- He promised to show up for the job after a few days and failed to do so. Some story about parts (that are usually easily available) suddenly being very hard to find.

- Anyway - I rescheduled.

- Next time: again no show. Again some story about being stuck in traffic, not being able to come, etc.

- Got angry at me when I expressed my displeasure at his delays and he cancelled the job. Set my job back by two weeks.

Johnny and his crew were very prompt and professional. They showed up at the agreed appointment time and quickly addressed my sewage issues. My house was built in 1935 and still had the original concrete plumming buried in the backyard. After attempting to flush the old concrete line it was determined that the line needed to be replaced. At that point Johnny and his crew worked tirelessly to get the old line dug up and a new line in. In less than 24 hours I had a brand new PVC sewer line installed. I have had quotes on the same work done and the price was very fair in the work quality was very good. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Must say this hasn't been a very good start as a new customer for best Choice Plumbing. Had an appointment scheduled today to get a quote, so far no call no show during the hours they said they'd be out, I've left messages through there main number, and haven't heard a peep from anyone!
