Requested a quote with best choice. We had our pipes burst because of the freeze. They sent an unlicensed journeyman, Dario Chacon, with an expired license that wasnt even a part of the company. Never sent anyone licensed. Not even legal in Texas. Only went with him because Johnny Sanchez suggested he was good. Didnt even give us an estimate on paper. We asked him to do the vertical in the kitchen and not in the bathrooms. Never finished the vertical in the kitchen. He said he ran out of material. We paid him and now he wont complete the job and I have low water pressure. Have to call a real plumber out. Save your money and go with another company. Make sure they finish everything or you will never see or hear from them again!!!!

Best Choice was the Best Choice! I called back in September about a striped water faucet in my bathroom the day of my Husband's birthday Party! Johnny came out with in the hour and made the repairs quickly and efficiently!!! He was very detailed in explaining the process and the repairs that were needed. He set the water temp to my liking and i later realized it wasn't hot enough, I reached out he came back TODAY and made the adjustments to the temp of the water and its perfect now! I HIGHLY recommend Best Choice to anyone in the Northeast Houston area they are definitely the BEST!!!!

After moving into our home, we quickly realized that we needed to replace our old clay, community, sewage line. Johnny, Linker, and their colleagues were so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They came out to the house right away and helped us find the line, pull the permits, and once weather cleared up, they were able to complete the 60 feet or so of sewage line replacement within 72 hours.

They worked with us on the price and were always let us know in advance before they were headed over. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs in the future!

We've called Best Choice twice for plumbing issues in our 35 year old home. The first time, we needed them ASAP and they showed up after 9p to help us. The second time was more routine but they always show up on time and are extremely polite. Linker is awesome! Such a nice person to deal with and does a great job. - Johnny was professional in our first meeting.

- He promised to show up for the job after a few days and failed to do so. Some story about parts (that are usually easily available) suddenly being very hard to find.

- Anyway - I rescheduled.

- Next time: again no show. Again some story about being stuck in traffic, not being able to come, etc.

- Got angry at me when I expressed my displeasure at his delays and he cancelled the job. Set my job back by two weeks.

Thoroughly unprofessional. Will never call again.

Johnny and his crew were very prompt and professional. They showed up at the agreed appointment time and quickly addressed my sewage issues. My house was built in 1935 and still had the original concrete plumming buried in the backyard. After attempting to flush the old concrete line it was determined that the line needed to be replaced. At that point Johnny and his crew worked tirelessly to get the old line dug up and a new line in. In less than 24 hours I had a brand new PVC sewer line installed. I have had quotes on the same work done and the price was very fair in the work quality was very good. I will definitely be using them in the future.
