- Johnny was professional in our first meeting.

- He promised to show up for the job after a few days and failed to do so. Some story about parts (that are usually easily available) suddenly being very hard to find.

- Anyway - I rescheduled.

- Next time: again no show. Again some story about being stuck in traffic, not being able to come, etc.

- Got angry at me when I expressed my displeasure at his delays and he cancelled the job. Set my job back by two weeks.

Thoroughly unprofessional. Will never call again.

Johnny and his crew were very prompt and professional. They showed up at the agreed appointment time and quickly addressed my sewage issues. My house was built in 1935 and still had the original concrete plumming buried in the backyard. After attempting to flush the old concrete line it was determined that the line needed to be replaced. At that point Johnny and his crew worked tirelessly to get the old line dug up and a new line in. In less than 24 hours I had a brand new PVC sewer line installed. I have had quotes on the same work done and the price was very fair in the work quality was very good. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Must say this hasn't been a very good start as a new customer for best Choice Plumbing. Had an appointment scheduled today to get a quote, so far no call no show during the hours they said they'd be out, I've left messages through there main number, and haven't heard a peep from anyone!

Gave me a quote of $480 to replace my bathtub drain and drain cover. Just love when contractors think a woman doesn't know any better. Drain and cover set is roughly $20 at HomeDepot. Super disappointed...

Johnny came out to provide an estimate on several items, including a water heater that the energy company identified as having a gas leak. He made recommendations for corrective actions; he was professional and ON TIME. I would most certainly contact Best Choice again in the future.
