Best Choice was called originally to unclog drains but it turned into a sewer line repair that was significantly more expensive than we had anticipated. Throughout the entire time of this project I was impressed at the level of good customer service Joe Garcia & crew provided. Joe called me if they were even going to be 5 minutes late, and then called me to very clearly explain the problem and solution options. They returned my calls/texts in a timely manner. We had a dispute and it was resolved very professionally to our mutual satisfaction.

My water heater broke and couldn't be fixed. After making several calls for a new water heater with installation, Best Choice was the most reasonably priced. Their technician Jorge was professional and informative. He explained the water heater functions and parts thoroughly. He quickly had another Best Choice technician come to my residence to assist him with the neat removal and installation of a new water heater on a second floor. Anytime Jorge needed to confirm pricing and extra help, Joe the owner agreed, no extra fees were charged. Best Choice Drains and Plumbing truly is the Best Choice and they're military friendly!

Joe was a lifesaver. Our garbage disposal sprung a leak and we needed a plumber fast especially since we were going out of town. . We called on a Sunday night and was told a plumber would be at our house by 8 am the next morning. Joe showed up early and the job only took 10 minutes and I was extremely pleased with the cost. I broke a pipe and needed a plumber to come out ASAP. It was late Saturday night so I knew it would be hard to find a plumber to come help. I called 3 plumbers and got their voicemail. Contacted another plumber and he wanted to charge $90 just to come out for and estimate. I finally contacted Best Choice and Joe offered to send out a technician free of charge. Brandon arrived around 30 mins later!

We needed to get a special valve that had to be picked up at the specialty plumbing store and they were closed. They offered to come out first thing Sunday morning to fix the issue and gave us a very reasonalble price. As promised, Joe and Brandon showed up on SUNDAY morning at 8am to fix our issue. While fixing the shower valve he noticed my toilet was running water and gave me the part to fix it for free! That is great customer service!

FYI- They also give you a 1 year warranty on the service.

I had a gentleman come out to fix a plumbing problem at my Mom's house, boy was he the wrong guy. Lucky for me I found Joe Garcia of Best Choice Plumbing. He came out the next morning, looked at the job and said "" he would fix the problem, no charge"". It does not get any better than that. My master bathroom flooded from a gap in the caulking at the base of my toilet two evenings ago. It was very strange because the toilet wasn't cracked and it continued to spew water even after the water to the house was shut off. I called Best Choice because a friend recommended them. I was quite worried and Joe was even keel on the phone which made me relax a bit, and he said he'd come first thing in the morning (because it didn't seem like an emergency since the water stopped coming out). In the morning he removed the toilet and since there was standing water in the drain, he decided to snake it. However, the line must have had a sharp corner so the snake was not going through. He tried other openings to snake it but to no avail. Since my house is old, there were no clean-outs installed in the yard, so he had to go in through the vent in my roof, which worked! He was finally able to extract the blockage. He re-installed the toilet and even replaced my old supply line and cleaned everything up. Everything went pretty smoothly and methodically and was solved in a couple of hours. He never seemed rushed to get through the job, which was appreciative. And we could tell he genuinely wanted to help and do a good job. We will definitely call Best Choice again for any plumbing problems.
