New to homeownership, we experienced our first pipes issue and required help immediately. I looked on yelp and discovered extraordinary reviews for Best Choice Drains and Plumbing. I called and talked with the proprietor and within two or three hours he touched base with his help to help us with our pipes crisis. My early thought was that he was extremely learned and easy to go. They came arranged with a full prepared work truck and shoe spreads to regard within client's homes.
In 30 minutes of work, he had unraveled our issue and went well beyond to rectify whatever else that may have been an issue. He stayed inside his assessment he cited me via telephone and I let him know that he perpetually earned our future business. I've used this company 3 times now for 3 different situations & all 3 times they have came thru for me. Honest good people & plumbers, it's hard to find that now a days. There very affordable compared to other plumbers & their work is good. The 3 times I called it was an emergency & all 3 times they get to me right away even on a Saturday. They are on call 24 hours as well.

The last time I used them I called because I had a flood in the bathroom my main water line got backed up because of some roots cracking the pipe. We called & it was a Saturday afternoon, we got KIKI to come & help us. He was there fast & right away he knew what was wrong & was very friendly & gave us different options & talked us thru every decision. He never try to hustle us for more money, he was honest & very helpful. After he fixed our problem he still came back Monday morning to check on us & our situation & even offered a discount if we choose to pick another option to further fix our problem. Never pushy he was cool & honest the whole time. One of the best customer services I've received. Thank you KIKI for you're services. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing in there home. Great work, great people.

I wanted to take some time to reflect before writing out this review. On June 23, I had an emergency issue with my toilet. Of course that is one of the most dreaded and nastiest things to have to deal with depending on the situation. All the plumbers that I knew from previous calls and references from Facebook that day were busy to the gills with calls. In my desperation I turned to yelp to find plumbers and read reviews. After searching for a few I decided on Best Choice Plumbing one of the reasons is they are a veteran owned company. On my initial call I was greeted by Margarita who said she didn't have anyone available. After another disappointment, I hung up only for it to ring as soon as I put it down. It was Margarita who said she had someone available and was sending him my way. Kiki the plumber showed up at my door. At first he seemed a bit intimidating, his stature and serious look on his face said he was here to take care of business. He asked if he could inspect it and then let me know options and the cost if he had to pull out the toilet. Before he even did that, he was quick to tell me what the 3 things he thought it would be and the roundabout cost depending on what he found after he removed toilet. Then after he pulled the toilet he was spot on with what he thought it was which was the first thing he said it would be. He gave me 3 options starting with the least costly and moved up. He went to go get equipment because the size of the job plus some help whom was Sergio. I cannot say enough about these 2 guys. Kiki is one of the best plumbers I have ever met. Not just his work ethics but his integrity, wonderful personality and smile which came out after he happily completed the job. Words cannot express enough of how great my experience was with them. Not only that, Kiki saved me over $3500. I know that from past plumbing experiences where they want to cut your slab and drill holes. Kiki was able to take care of it with some type of jet, I think it was Harben Jet which took care of the root intrusion at least for the next 5 years without having to replace, drill, or break anything. If you are in search of a great ethical company who employs one of the best plumbers who will not only save you money but works as if he is working for one of his own family members, I really, really, really hope you look at Best Choice plumbing and ASK for KIKI!!!

Customer service is excellent. The service is prompt. They returned my call within 24 hours. Repairs were done professionally and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely call them again if I need more plumbing work!

I first want to start by saying, I have received no incentive for a review up to this point and I have already paid in full for my initial service which has been completed. That being said, I want to let prospective customers know how happy I am to establish a relationship with this company. Yes, a relationship. From the minute Angel picked up the phone, they went out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. I had a previous company come out to clear my main line and charged me close to $375 for 10 mins of work and no diagnosis of the possible problem. Because they did not have a camera, I chose to contact Best Choice. I needed Best Choice to come out on MEMORIAL DAY for another main line clog emergency, however Angel informed me their camera would not be ready till later on in the week due to maintenance but he would contact me as soon as it was. He apologized and due to the inconvenience, offered me a VERY discounted rate as well as offering to still come out that day and try to clear the main line. I called at noon, and the serviceman arrived by 3 all the way out in Jamul! He cleared the main line in less than 10 minutes and told me they would not charge me until they come back out with the camera. Great way to start. A few days later, they contacted me and told me they were ready to come out. I told them to come out and upon arriving, Marco and his associate had already camera inspected the main line, recorded a DVD of the results and were waiting to explain the results. They showed me in real time what the problem was (Roots) and gave me some possible options. They told me I could take some time to think about it and just to contact them when I was ready. No pressure. Just the problem and a couple of solutions. We settled up and it was around half the price of the original company I had out!! Not only was I impressed by their professionalism and customer service, I felt that they genuinely wanted to do what they could for my situation. They treated me like they would want to be treated. Like I was a friend or family. Marco, thanks for everything! Best Choice, I look forward to continuing our relationship and please encourage your employees to keep doing what they are doing! They are truly what make your company great!

I used their services in Sep 2014 to replace the pressure regulator at my house. They tested the system and made sure it was broken and needed to be replaces. they were very good. They showed up on time, they knew what they were doing and finished the job as it was scheduled. Marcos was very professional both in manner and skills. They are the first place I will call next time I need any plumbing services.

I was having trouble with my plumbing and all i could see was dollar signs! A trusted friend told me about best choice plumbing.... Wow was i happy i chose to give them a call. Very honest, professional and reasonable! I was very pleased! If you go by referrals like me , this is who u want to handle your plumbing needs! Here's a follow-up on my 2/28/2016 review (which for some strange reason is shown in ""other reviews not currently recommended""):
I had the tub/shower valves replaced in two bathrooms (using MOEN). Juan did a wonderful job; looks better than new. I also had a kitchen faucet replaced (also MOEN), including shutoff valves. Perfect! I've recommended Best Choice to my friends as well. Their prices are fair and competitive, they are on-time, and the workmanship is excellent. They do offer a $100 discount on another job if you provide a good review. But this is not a paid endorsement - I mean what I've written. Give them a try and see for yourself.

- Marco was professional, friendly, and performed the repair/pipe replacement in a timely manner.
- The repair entailed replacement of approximately 40' of cast iron pipe with ABS, leading from our kitchen sink to our main line at opposite end of home. During the process, the contractor removed accumulated water from beneath home (crawl space) and applied lime to affected areas.
- Free camera inspection of the main line at the time of repair.
- Honest opinion and explanation of the main line inspection, allowing me to observe while being performed. Also, allowing me to make an informed decision on whether or not additional work was necessary (it was not).

Overall, a very good experience with Best Choice Drains and Plumbing. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of a professional plumbing repair.

Well I needed a few things done at my home new faucet install leak in the backyard and new needed shower replaced .. This company came in very fast and professional and I could not be happier with the customer service of the technician's. Very respectful and very good work its been over a week since I got everything done and I got to say I love this company this will be my go to company. In the past I used blue planet plumbing and have had issues so I'm glad I found this company because they fixed what the other company couldn't. A plus I told them my water pressure was low and off and now it sprays perfect better then perfect.
