I cannot recommend these guys enough. The tech was on time, very efficient, and didnt nickel and dime us to death. He went over everything with me and and got our AC working better than it ever has.

We moved into our new house and the minute it got cold, our heat went out! We compared pricing with a few companies and Best Care has the best price AND the most honest. Conway quoted us 1.5x the amount to fix the same problem. Not only that but they completed the work the very next day! Nathan and Best Care truly are the best! If you are looking for an honest and reasonable provider - look no further than Best Care!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! They don't care about fixing your problem and don't think it's their job to keep you from having them. You'd better hope you don't have any problems with their work because they won't lift a finger to help you.
I had no choice but to use them because my home warranty sent them. My water heater unit began spewing water Sunday morning. I turned off the spigot to the unit and cleaned up the mess. I called for service but, of course, couldn't get anyone until Monday morning. I slept on my living room floor with a garden hose connected to the unit draining out of my open back door and had to wake up every hour or two to make sure I wasn't getting more flooding or having strangers walking into my house.
When they came this morning, I explained more than once that I didn't think the closed spigot was stopping all water flow into the unit and that I was worried that it would continue to fill and have to be continually drained to keep it from flooding again. He said there was no problem, so I put the end of the hose in a bucket and went to work after scheduling the unit to get replaced. When I got back, once again my kitchen and living room carpet were soaked.
I called ""Best"" ""Care"" to have them send someone over to turn off the main to my house or do something to remove the threat of flooding until the unit could actually be replaced. Even though they were still open, they said everyone had gone home and they wouldn't do anything. They did have the technician who came today call me. He also said they wouldn't do anything and ended up hanging up on me. They seemed amazed that I would expect them, when they were here this morning, to get me to a point where I didn't have to worry about flooding until the unit could be replaced.
Now I'm going to have to sleep in the living room again and monitor the drainage hose and my open back door all night.

I had an employee come out due to them being a contractor for my home warranty. Once the employee arrived 10 minutes prior to the end of my appointment window the first thing they requested was to look in the attic. Regardless of my issue being with the outside unit, and the employee refusing to look at it. I allowed the employee to look in the attic and the employee immediately told me that they could not work on my unit, that Best Care's contract does not cover it. Weeks later after speaking to the warranty company, they advised me that the contractor send in a report stating that the portion of unit not covered under my warranty is what the issue was. Also, what the employee disclosed to the warranty company and to me are two different stories. Now, it's hard to believe what the employee with Best Care stated since they TOUCHED NOTHING with my unit. It's unprofessional to have someone wait 10 minutes to the end of their scheduled appointment time, after a 5 business day wait for their appointment being scheduled, while the unit was off for 15 hours due to the 8 hour window of ""freezing"" in the 100 heat index, after taking off work, for the employee in this company to misdirect my warranty company and cause me a denied claim. I don't know what the protocol is for the two companies, but I don't feel the misdirect is part of it. To the owner, I do not want a response, because anything you say would not be believable to me.

I will NEVER used this company for anything. I was referred by Home Depot to Best Care for a tankless water heater replacement of one of my three tankless systems in my home. Technician started by saying they don't use Home Depot Rheem products and everything MUST to taken out new gas line installed, new exhaust installed, drip lines etc. Their estimate was so far outside the normal I won't consider Best Care or Home Depot for future needs. This is extreme price gouging. If you deal with Best Care watch your money they are out to get it.

Worst Customer experience I've ever had. My home warranty service submitted my claim for repairs for my air conditioner unit with Best Care Home Services. I should have been weary when I called the first day and left message but didn't receive a call back. On the 2nd day, I called again and left a message and I finally received a call back. I was told a technician would be at my house on the 3rd day (June 4th) from 1:pm - 5:pm. I received a call from Best Care Home Services that day telling me the technician was running a little late. He finally arrived at my house at 8:pm. He told us that we needed a new motor and he would be placing the order the next day. I called the next day just to confirm and I was told the motor would be ordered that day. On June 6th, I called to see if the motor had arrived. I was told that it hadn't and they would call me when it did. On June 7th, I called my home warranty service and they called Best Care Home services. They were told the motor should arrive that afternoon. That afternoon when I hadn't heard anything, I attempted to call Best Care Home Services. No one answered and I was sent to voicemail. I then called my home warranty services and they also got Best Care Home Services' voicemail. Today (June 8th), Best Care Home Services called to tell me the motor has arrived. But they can't send anyone out until Monday, June 11th. Please keep in mind temperatures are 95 degrees. Other companies have told me that it shouldn't take this long. I'm so upset that I've had to sleep on a couch and now my back is acting up. Literally, I've been waiting for repairs since June 2nd. And now I'm being told that it won't be repaired until June 11th. They haven't shown any concerns about my well-being and discomfort - despite the fact that I've paid a ton of money to a home warranty service for them to make repairs when I need them.

Had horrible service dealing with Best Care. Said I had a leaking coil that needed to be replaced. Turns out it was the same coil they replaced 11/2 years ago. These coils should last 15 years!! They told me no warranty exists and that there was nothing they could do. Come to find out it wasn't the coil to begin with, finding this out through another AC company, and that I was low on Freon and just needed my pan adjusted. Best Care serviced my AC May 15th saying everything was good to go, two weeks later I'm low on Freon?. In addition, come to find out there is a manufactures warranty on the coil. Miss information and laziness seems to be the real issue. Would not recommend........

My Home warranty sent Best Care to repair my central air. I so horrible disappointed in Best Care's service; they replaced my unit before getting it to work; I was informed by the repair guy that my furnace has a ""Bad Board"" . They left without repairing/replacing the board. I have left several messages and Best Care will not return my phone calls. Update; I received an e-mail from Julie and they are aware of the issues and Julie is attempting to assist me in with our not working HVAC.

We had a Heating problem and called about 4pm. The service man came the next morning at 11am, prompt and friendly. Quickly fixed the unit but at 7pm we discovered there was still a problem. Called the answering service and they had same mature serviceman call and he was at our house again 30 minutes later at 7:30 in the evening. Fixed the problem by replacing the thermostat. Repaired in 30 minutes with no problems since then. When I had a problem they jumped to fix it, without a complaint. Very reasonable, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service!

I was very disappointed with how long it took this company to finish the job. In September, they installed a new furnace, AC unit and water heater. It was not until November 4, after countless visits from their technicians, that I had a functioning furnace. Despite the fact that temperatures dipped down to 35 degrees one weekend, they didn't show any urgency to get the job done. I will say that everyone I dealt with was professional and polite, and appeared to want to help. It seemed that there was a lack of communication between technicians and office staff, and also perhaps a lack of follow up or proactive approach from individuals, which resulted in progress getting stalled frequently. I don't think the furnace would be working now if I hadn't continued to call the office to check up on different parts of the job to make sure they were completed.
