Had a minor electrical issue, they were able to come out the same day. Baron was very nice, took care of the issue right away. I will definitely use them again if I have an electrical issue.

I sent the company an email of exactly what needed to be done. Waited 2 days for a response-none received. Called the phone #. Told him I sent an email-he said he didn't get it-a lie. He said he would call me the next day-another lie. I had used this company several times in the past -but when someone lies to me, in this case repeatedly-they go on my avoid list. As an accountant I do keep lists. There are plenty of of other electricians on this site to chose from. This is a heads-up for other homeowners.

Best Built Electric was responsive, on time, very professional (knew exactly what they were doing), and helpful (provided guidance in addition to the work they performed). I highly recommend Best Built, Inc. I sought them out based on quality and price review from Checkbook and that worked superbly. I got a bit lucky as Bryan was nearby when I initially called, I was amazed as he showed up within minutes of me texting him my location. I'll not expect same speed in future but that was icing on the cake. Exceptional handling and communication of problem-solution... I had old/original GFI outlet that required replacement which he was able to quickly diagnose based on symptoms of two other bathroom outlets not operating. It was amazing to see how quick he understood based on extensive experience in the field. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting an honest and reliable electrician!

Try as I may I couldn't figured out how to solve a wiring problem. So, I called BBE. They came out within an hour or so and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. Very personable and knowledgeable.

If I could zero stars I would. I called this Best Built Electric this am not expecting someone to answer since it's Sunday. A man answered I told him our electrical problem with one of our lights over our bar. He said I needed to replace the whole light. I went to Seattle Lighting they said the opposite just need to replace the part that the bulb screws into. I called BBE back this afternoon and he said he doesn't do that kind of work I need to go to Harold's lighting????? He was very rude and hung up on me. I guess he just does electrical work for those that just need things replaced. He needs to sharpen up on his customer service skills.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Baron was great, easy to talk to and was able to email him pictures of what we needed and he was available a week later when our lights were ready for installation.

I did not hire Best Built inc., but I received excellent service from them. There was a leak at my condo unit from the upper unit. The water was coming through my ceiling light fixtures, my tenant was worried about electric shocks and fire hazards. I needed someone to check it for me. I called Best Built Inc. and left a voice message. They called me back in one hour and, after I explained the situation, he kindly gave out advice based on his 40 plus year experience. He also patiently answered a few more further questions. I would definitely give them a try if I need any help in the future, and I would recommend others to do so as well.

(I did not hire or pay for their service, but I was impressed by their kindness and professionalism)
