We are where we are today because we deliver on our promises. As the owner and operator of Best Builders LLC, I also serve as the President of The Finest Place Inc., a property investment and development company focusing on residential projects. I am the CEO of Florida ALF Inc., an assisted living facility in Cape Coral, Florida, which has been operating for nearly a decade with no deficiencies. I am involved with Leverage Global LLC, a company that is moving into the assisted living industry. Raised in Arkansas and Missouri, I hold degrees from SWMSU and BBCS in Springfield, MO. Since college, I have been a business owner and have consistently worked for myself. From 1986 to 2001, I owned Value Builders Inc. in St. Charles, MO, where I removed asbestos pipe insulation in 66 Coca-Cola plants and completed projects from Nashua, NH, to Honolulu, HI. After that, I moved to Hawaii, where I started and owned Value Remodeling LLC, remodeling over 1,400 homes in an 11-year period. Additionally, I constructed 11 UPS stores throughout the islands.
