We encourage you to view our Yelp reviews, though some may be taken down. Since fall 1988, we have been in business, working across Arkansas. Our licenses cover several states. We have built our reputation by doing what we say we will do. I run Best Builders LLC and am also the President of The Finest Place Inc., focusing on property investment and development in residential sectors. As CEO of Florida ALF Inc., I oversee an assisted living facility in Cape Coral, Florida, celebrating almost a decade of operation without deficiencies. Additionally, I am a partner in Leverage Global LLC, a company entering the assisted living market. I grew up in Arkansas and Missouri and earned my degrees from SWMSU and BBCS in Springfield, MO. I have been running my own businesses since my college days and have always been self-employed. I owned Value Builders Inc. in St. Charles, MO, from 1986 to 2001, where I abated asbestos pipe insulation in 66 Coca-Cola plants, completing jobs from Nashua, NH, to Honolulu, HI. After that, I moved to Hawaii, where I started and owned Value Remodeling LLC, building over 1,400 homes in an 11-year period. I was responsible for building out 11 UPS stores across the islands.
