Since 1988, we have been in business, working across Virginia. We are licensed in multiple states. Our success comes from doing what we promise. I am the owner of Best Builders LLC and currently the President of The Finest Place Inc., which specializes in real estate investment and development for both residential projects. As CEO of Florida ALF Inc., I oversee an assisted living facility in Cape Coral, Florida, celebrating nearly a decade of operation without deficiencies. I also partner with Leverage Global LLC, which is expanding into the assisted living sector. Having been raised in Arkansas and Missouri, I obtained my degrees from SWMSU and BBCS in Springfield, MO. Since college, I have been a business owner and have consistently worked for myself. From 1986 to 2001, I owned Value Builders Inc. in St. Charles, MO, where I removed asbestos pipe insulation in 66 Coca-Cola plants and completed projects from Nashua, NH, to Honolulu, HI. After that, I moved to Hawaii, where I started and owned Value Remodeling LLC, renovating over 1,400 homes in an 11-year period. I also built out 11 UPS stores across all the islands.
