Best Bay did a few plumbing projects for us during our home remodel and we were quite happy with them. I appreciate that the project was exactly as described, went smoothly and they were always on time. In fact sometimes here before I was! Their communication was great. Explaining to us exactly what is needed and why it's needed. Our next project is water filtration and a hot water heater, and we will definitely get an estimate from them first.

I dropped a beloved necklace down the bathroom sink and could not get to it due to the stopper. Best Bay came within a couple of hours, took apart the trap under the sink and rescued my necklace. They also remove the stopper at my request (I prefer hair traps). Excellent response, friendly, professional service and a very reasonable price! We will be calling Best Bay again :)

Amazing feedback/correspondence from this company, not only that, they were able to fit us in their schedule within one day, despite them being busy. Eddie arrived prior to time, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional, showed us problems with leaking plumbing under the house, by video on his phone, along with photos, so that it was clear to see our problem ares. Also fixed an old troublesome pipe under our bathroom sink.
Prices also fair and compatible, especially when you know they have you, the customers best interest, no hidden fees, or overcharge.
They will be back next week, to give us a quote and idea on how to best fix our old plumming and bathroom, and I trust I'm in good hands.

Abel and his team (Eddie and Sergio) are so professional, hard working and reliable. I've talked with Abel several times and he was very willing to offer his opinions and dialogue with after my water heater broke. He even came to evaluate whether the designated space was possible to be retrofitted for a tankless. Ultimately I went with a tank heater and Eddie and Sergio installed the new water heater efficiently, but not rushing, and without any hiccup. They worked very hard to haul away the heavy old water tank and install a new one up in my attic (with a square opening)! It was impressive. Abel, Eddie and Sergio took no short cuts. Any question or concern I had I felt welcomed to ask. Thank you!

Made a appointment for 12pm with abel had to contact to confirm multiple times. When the appointment day and time came I contacted them for a eta and they said unfortunately our first job is taking a little longer then expected, then changed story to waiting for pgne. Rescheduled to 3pm since I took the day off from work then at 3 contacted them again to make sure they otw they said 5-6 now with no update or notification. 5 came around I contacted for eta they said finished job otw and no one came. I contacted again asked what's going on and he outsourced me to another plumber without telling me until they arrived around 6:30 I noticed a different business name having to start the whole process over because Abel didn't update them on job that needed to be done so they had to leave and get supplys needed for the job. The whole process they never even gave update on delays flaking the only reason I got answers is because I contacted them horrible business practices with no apology also about it, Just said these things happen.

Edit reply to comment was never contacted earlier in the day I contacted them at 12 the appointment time and then changed to 3pm like I said in review. After I contacted again at 3 we changed again to 5-6 he never contacted me at 4 and even at that he still didn't come

We have been using Best Bay Plumbing for over 3 years now. We discovered them when we needed a sump pump put in. We had a few companies out and Best Bay was beyond a doubt the most professional, friendly, and competitively priced. Since then, we've used them several times for various jobs. The owner, Abel, is wonderful to work with and responds very quickly to requests. His technicians are efficient, thorough, and friendly. All of their work has been stellar. I would highly recommend this company!

Our water heater stopped heating. The pilot light was out and we were unable to restart it. Able, the owner, sent Sergio to check things out and fix whatever was needed on a Saturday morning. The technician arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, took care of the problem. He also suggested ways to improve the longevity of the water heater. AND- the price for all this was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future whenever in need of a plumber.

This review is long due and well deserved. We were looking someone to install water recirculation pump, we found Abel's team from yelp and the experience was great. When our toilet start to leak, no doubt we called Abel's team again. Abel's team took care the leaking issue, reinstalled my entire plumbing system and offers 15 years warranty at a very reasonable, compatible price, and they also fixed extra small issues with no charge. Every time we have plumbing related tasks, the team always able to fix it within a day or two. Beside the quality service, they are always prompt, polite and patient, it is very pleasant to work with them.
