I had a pretty big job of replacing the entire waste system under the house. Abel showed up and did thorough assessment and explained everything to me patiently and courteously. His price was competitive and his team was ready to go the next day.

Abel is the owner. He was the only one that offered a free estimate. He was available an hour earlier since he was in the area. He came and quickly saw the problem and it was a simple fix that I could've easily made it worse with me over tightening and breaking the copper line and requiring a new faucet. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I don't trust many repair service people but he quickly earned my trust.
Turns out I was in the market for a new tankless water heater and water softener system. He will be installing both next week. I highly recommend Abel and Best Bay Plumbing.

I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out. I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said ""Nothing"" Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

They arrived at my house with 2 big vans/truck at 7:45am and left around 10:15am. It's a one man job that should have taken less than 45mins. One employee dug up the dirt that was already dug, which took him less than 10mins. The owner had 2 large vehicles on site with no parts to replace the leaking pipe. So, he went on an errand for a little over an hour while his employee waits at my water meter twiddling his fingers. When he returned with the correct part, it took him less than 30mins to install. I will say he is polite, completed the job and cleaned up after.

I tried to recommend his business to a friend that was looking for a plumber. After I told my friend what he did and how much he charged, my friend told me I got RIPPED OFF and would pass on my recommendation! How embarrassing and stupid I felt. My friend said he would not even pay half of what I paid and could have got that done cheaper and faster!

Originally was recommended to me by a friend and now I'm NOT recommending this place to anyone. He RIPPED ME OFF and took advantage of my situation even through a friend. Never ever again!

We just purchased a new washer and dryer set and had it installed buy the company we purchased from. The installation guy did a great job, but after a few days we noticed the smell of gass In our garage, did a soap test on the connection and found a small leak coming out of the connection valve. I immediately got ahold of Able, keeping mind this was late Sunday morning, he quickly texted me back saying he would be here Monday morning. He showed up on time and quickly assessed and replaced the valve. I couldn't be happier with the service we got. We will keep recommending and using His company whenever a plumbing/rooter/gass problem arises. THANK YOU ABLE!

Abel came out to my house to check a water flow issue and immediately checked the crawl space to find water everywhere, he immediately pointed me to a company that handles those issues. Following a successful cleanup he went under the house an found the busted pipes. He fixed those in addition to making some other important recommendations. He and his team got my plumbing issues back to normal in just a few days and probably saved me from future issues. He and his team are extremely professional, while showing genuine concern. They show up at the time agreed upon which I really appreciate. I hate time windows..others should take note. They go above and beyond.
