Got a free AC inspection offer and took it up. The technician was Alex. Extremely good and knowledgeable. Punctual and friendly. Knows his job, took the time to explain the issues and showed me the test results. Now I know that my units are working ok but the cooling fans are close to failing. The one was running hot, and the other was leaking oil. He cleaned the cooling grills so they would run more efficient. Definitely a great and professional business. I've used them before and rate them above 5 stars. Give Alex a raise.

My wife and I had a need to have our air conditioning unit check last week since two summers ago, we replaced the motor on an 11 year old unit for over $800. I really wanted to just have the unit checked to make sure all was working properly and since the 100 degree weather was a day or so away, I had a need for their affordable $49. Service. This date was on 5/12/2022. I happened to go to the mailbox, and see their card for service, this is how I found out about them. I called the same day. So that day, Mr. Khoder Hachem came to our residence, he was super respectful and informed us that the unit was barely working. He went to our attic to check on the heating unit and told us it was good but did have an issue but we could get by with just replacing the the outside unit. My wife and I talked while he waited patiently he never complained and after quite some time , we decided to replace the whole HVAC system. They came the very next day about 9am , were super respectful in our home as my wife is Japanese and we do not wear shoes in our house. They took time to put down tarps and plastic over that including wearing booties! ( we have had people refuse to even take off their shoes once at our home ) Brendon , Lenny, and Baylen were awesome in every since of the word and knew what they were doing. They were super quick and efficient and were gone by 1 pm that day , just 4 hours putting in a whole heating and cooling system! they tested the whole system before they left, took all their tools and were on to their next job. On 5/21/2022, another crew came to clean our air ducts as we opted to pay to have them cleaned. David and Gabriel came to our house and they were awesome as well. Putting down plastic and tarps over our carpets and tile. They were quick as well and within 1 1/2 hours later all our vents were cleaned and again, they checked the whole system before they left our home. We are crazy happy with this company. On 5/21/2022, they sent us a cooler bag and some great cookies as a thank you. People, it does not get any better on either the customer service side , or the installation in your home. If you are even thinking that your 11 year or older unit needs replacing , DO NOT wait any longer. They also have a credit plan for those who need it. I get it, it's expensive but so worth the comfort it provides. I absolutely feel the difference in my new Lennox air conditioner unit. We leave it on 79 or 80, and our 1726 sf home is super cool. The internal working of your home, is what makes it valuable, make sure you upkeep the maintenance on it. This is a small price to pay and get stupendous service .

We want to thank Juston for the job on servicing our air conditioning system. We called Best A/C to get a second opinion and it was totally different than the other company which we had used before. Head professional, knowledgeable and presented everything in a way which was really easy for us to understand. What was even more impressive he as not pushy. He sold himself and his company to us. I needed my ac unit serviced before summer started and they came out the next day. Khoder Hachem cleaned my unit quickly and has it looking brand new. I was also set me up with a affordable yearly service. Would definitely recommend before it gets too hot this summer.

I had Errin at my house on Monday who went above and beyond just the normal inspection of my air conditioning unit. She is a great asset to the company. I have to give kudos to the person who hired her and kudos to Jason and Robert for always conducting business as gentlemen. Again, if you need Air Conditioning or Plumbing repair call on them you won't be disappointed.

I scheduled an appointment for the Cool Club Air check up before we get hit with the summer heat. Juston the technician was prompt and professional. He was kind enough to allow my young son to follow him around and didn't mind answering the 1 million questions he asked. My son has autism and is obsessed with anything mechanical. I am so happy with this company and kindness their technician showed my son. You don't alway experience customer service like this when dealing with a company. This place is top notch!
