My husband called today and Best Air was able to come out the same day! Alex Valencia was our technician and he provided us with amazing service from the time he sent the text to the time he left!

Don't fall for their coupon free diagnosis. I schedule to have my AC check today because of their so called ""free diagnosis"" as advertised only to find out it is a trick. According to Crystal whom I spoke from their office that if after diagnosis and there is repair I have to pay $95 if no repair needed I still have to pay $95. At what sense a ""free diagnosis"" is about. I canceled my appointment right away.

Miranda who is their Customer experience Director reached out to me and clarify thing out that it was just a misunderstanding and the free diagnosis coupon that I have should have been honored. I appreciate her honesty and it shows that they really care about their customer. She offered me to get our AC serviced free of charge but I already had our AC service with other company yesterday. With a gesture like this from a company making things right, I want to change my review from 1 star to 5 star.

Khoder came out to look at the air conditioner that was acting up. He not only fixed it, but showed me every step he did. I've used BEST for my plumbing needs in the past and they were great and now they proved themselves with AC as well. The tech Khoder was professional, courteous and knew right what the problem was. Fixed it on the spot. I couldn't be more happy.

Khudar came to fix a part on my AC unit.

Long story short, a different company was here the day before and told me the part did not need to be replaced...he popped it out (it was stuck) and the unit worked overnight. The next morning, I woke up freezing because the unit had run for hours. That other company left me in a bad situation.

I decided to go with BEST based on their yelp reviews. They were able to schedule same day service. The scheduler was polite and efficient!

Khudar was great! He listened to me and showed me burnt up oil below the part that was examined by the other guys the day before. When he pulled the part from the unit, even I could see burt oil on the connectors of the part and wires that were charred! I feel lucky that the unit didn't catch on fire!

Khudar answered all of my questions. He double checked the unit and thermostat after he replaced the part. He also explained part of my thermostat to me and why there was a delay between the thermostat and ac or furnance kicking on---always cool to learn something new.

Finally, he also tightened all the screws on the unit, so I don't have that awful vibration noise. I didn't ask him to do it, he just took care of it. I think this speaks highly of BEST and Khudar: they do what is right because it is the right thing to do.

OK MAJOR RED FLAGS WITH THIS COMPANY!! We had them out for a diagnostic to fix our A/C. We were told $6300 to replace a condensor, then $13,000 to replace the A/C all together. Something felt off as we had just replaced a unit in our previous house a mere 2years ago of the same size and similar issue that cost half that. This spurred our interest to get an alternate quote elsewhere. GUESS WHAT! It was a $30 switch that was broken and that is it. The new company charged us for diagnostic and the cost for switch only since it was a 5 minute repair and our unit is back up and running for pennies compared to BEST Air Conditioning. They also provided a quote for the same unit to replace for future/forward planning and they charge just under 8 grand for the unit inside and out, plus a nest thermostat.

BEST is either not knowledgeable or scam artists... either one is a great reason to stay away.

I had an appt scheduled between 12-4pm but right around 11:30, Alex Valencia called me that he was on his way. He arrived promptly and immediately put on shoe covers. Once I showed him my problem, he immediately knew what the problem was. My A/C lines were clogged causing water to leak outside on my exterior wall. Alex fixed the repair in about 30 minutes and also gave me some recommendations on how my unit can work more efficiently. He was thorough and professional and a very good technician. I would definitely recommend him and Best Air Conditioning and would use them again.

The best!! I totally recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want half jobs done done by other ac company's. Had an A/C shutdown and called my home repair policy. They sent AR Heating and A/C, Inc. I was contacted within 24 hours and an appointment was made. William confirmed the appointment this morning and arrived before the stated time. Fast and efficient, the repair was made within 20 minutes and he checked the unit and told me, 'All was good and no other maintenance was necessary.' Very comfortable with his professionalism and expertise!
