This plumbing company used to be great before John Bess sold it to someone named Kevin. John Bess was dependable, honest and fast. The new owners and employees don't call or turn up when they're supposed to, leave you waiting around for them and are disorganized and sloppy. I wouldn't use them again. Very sad that John Bess is retired.

These folks are honest and fair. Very responsive as well. We had a furnace stop working right when the first cold snap hit. Called in the morning and they were here by 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Have used them for custom gas piping work to put in a patio grill and realigned some pipes to make it happen.
