Bertucci Bros are my new go-to plumbing company. I had a leaking water meter. I called the Parish and 2 other companies. No one could come. I found Bertucci Bros on Yelp with good reviews. Called them. They came that afternoon. Came back the next day to repair it. Reasonably priced. Very efficient. Reliable. And came when they said they were coming. Which I've discovered most contractors are not reliable. I'm getting them to look at some other projects in my house that were screwed up by other contract groups.

Bertucci Bros. Plumbing was able to get me in quickly (within one day). The technicians were friendly, professional, and punctual. They answered all questions and made requested repairs successfully. I felt the labor was somewhat pricey per hour; however, two technicians were sent out for my job, so the labor may have been cheaper with one technician on the job.

Had a undercrawlspace plumbing repair where the old clay pipes had deteriorated. The bros came in with a reasonable price and excellent results able to run new PVC line to the city pipes and results are excellent. They are now my GO-TO for all plumbing needs in New Orleans.

Never met these guys, and when it comes to plumbers, that can be a really good thing. They were referred by my realtor for a separated sewer line after a prospective buyer's camera inspection showed a sub-surface line separation. $3200 later, the problem is solved and they left a USB drive in my mailbox with penetrating camera sewer porn clips on it to prove it! They also managed to clear out a partially clogged sewer line on the other side of the house and unstop a brand new kitchen sink the sheetrock guys I'll probably never use again stopped up all included in the same price.

I learned more about steel hangers than I probably ever needed to know, and their work to fix a sewer separation that occurred over 10 years came with a 3 year warranty. Any warranties that anyone is wiling to stand behind these days are good ones though.

I've gone through over a dozen plumbers in the last decade or so, so even though my experience with these guys was more expensive than I'd have liked, the fact that they did what they were supposed to do for the quoted price.

I can't say enough great things about Bertucci Bros! Seriously. In a landscape where ""professionals"" rarely show up on time...if at all, over charge, and don't complete work, they were a breath of fresh air. They're professional and honest, and their prices are fair. We've hired them for several projects, and they've done a great job on all of them. Tony even worked me in last minute when I needed a speedy review and quote on a house I was buying. Give Tony and David a call!
