I had a great experience with Bertucci brothers the other day. Our water bill went up and we did not know why. They came out and explored all the possibilities on our property and were able to tighten a few things on our water heater, as well as fixing an aged flapper in a toilet and replaced an outside drain pipe that had become disconnected. Both gentlemen that came out were extremely respectful and, very detailed in their explanations as to what could be the problem and what the next steps would be if the problem happens to continue. I was also caught off guard by how affordable their pricing was compared to a bigger company we were using. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to family.

I called Bertucci Bros Plumbing to fix a leak on refrigerator line. They showed up in a timely manner, fixed the leak, cleaned up and checked to see if I needed anything else. While there they looked at a problem faucet, gave me info on exactly how to rectify the situation rather than running my bill up looking for replacement parts. They cleaned all my drains and left our home spotless. Thanks Brandon and Sergi. It's always a pleasure to work with this company.

Called and got an appointment the next morning, which was awesome since normally it's really hard to get anything scheduled with contractors. Brandon showed up right on time. He solved our outdoor leaky pike issue and did a bunch of troubleshooting on our issue with our (electric) water heater no longer providing hot water. Brandon was very kind and professional. I appreciated that he was thorough and walked us through what he was checking. He also discussed with us what we had already checked for and discussed next steps afterwards. The things he checked didn't show any issues so we ruled a bunch if things out so we think it's a faulty element. Brandon reminded us that our heater is probably under warrant which is helpful to know since likely we need to replace parts. They are going to circle back with us later today to see if what he did do fixed the issue - and if not then they will schedule us in to enact plan B. Overall really impressed. Usually getting a plumber or technician to visit is a huge pain and this was really smooth.

Bertucci Bros are my new go-to plumbing company. I had a leaking water meter. I called the Parish and 2 other companies. No one could come. I found Bertucci Bros on Yelp with good reviews. Called them. They came that afternoon. Came back the next day to repair it. Reasonably priced. Very efficient. Reliable. And came when they said they were coming. Which I've discovered most contractors are not reliable. I'm getting them to look at some other projects in my house that were screwed up by other contract groups.

Bertucci Bros. Plumbing was able to get me in quickly (within one day). The technicians were friendly, professional, and punctual. They answered all questions and made requested repairs successfully. I felt the labor was somewhat pricey per hour; however, two technicians were sent out for my job, so the labor may have been cheaper with one technician on the job.

Had a undercrawlspace plumbing repair where the old clay pipes had deteriorated. The bros came in with a reasonable price and excellent results able to run new PVC line to the city pipes and results are excellent. They are now my GO-TO for all plumbing needs in New Orleans.
