Hot water heater busted 1day before family was coming in from out of town to stay with us. After three calls to other businesses who were not able to help us out that day, Bert's waterworks came to the rescue. Within a few hours they installed a new water heater. We got Bert's grandson as our service tech, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly.

Amazing service and always has better prices than others when ever we need something done. We have used them for 6+ years and have always been impressed. When I was pregnant a few years ago and the pipes in my ceiling were broken, the guy who was there helping fix them ran downstairs to help me get all of my clothes and storage stuff out of my closets before they were ruined. He went above and beyond to help! (he was fixing a mess that another contractor had created)

Terrific Every Time: I've used Bert's several times, most recently today. I called them this morning when my water heater went out. (I'd already had them quote a replacement along with several other companies. I knew the heater was going. They were the lowest bidder with high quality components.) They rearranged their schedule to get us back up and running the same day. They are great to talk to... down to earth, honest, informative, without a huge sales pitch. They've earned my loyalty.

Wow, I'm so relieved we had these guys come. They were recommended by a friend. We had a whole-house circulate/pump unit go bad and it spent 8 hours spraying the internals of our water heater, which is an expensive model.

We first had a larger plumbing company come out. The larger company said the internals of the water heater were all now ruined and that the parts were very expensive. $1000 for the pump and $3000 parts and labor to fix the bad components in the water heater. Or replace with an equivalent unit for $5000 plus the pump at $1000.

We then called two other companies to come out, one of which was Bert's.

Bert sent Shawn out to us. He replaced the pump and then found that the water heater fired up without problem and no faults. So $450 all in and we now have hot water.

I talked to Shawn about the company, Bert's is a small operation - sounded like 3-4 people and they just seem good at what they do without the pushy stuff. We now have a go-to plumbing company!
