We recently had to install a new furnace at our home in Big Trees Village. We chose to work with Paul and his team after receiving bids from a few installers. We were very pleased with Paul and his teams work. They are extremely professional, always try to add value with their work and the work is very high quality. In our case, Paul also recommended that we get a air duct cleaning before he finished the install as our new furnace was pushing out a lot more air than the old and the ducts were very dirty. After we had them cleaned, he arranged his schedule to come out the next day and finish. His install also includes an inspection of all of the duct work in the house for potential air leaks and then he performs a pressure test of the entire system similar to what a building inspector would do. Great added value! He is also very personal which makes the experience of home repairs much more pleasant.
We are planning to do some remodel work in our home soon and will definitely be calling Paul and Debbie to help us!
I would highly recommend Bertini for furnace and other contractor work.

We have used Bertini Mechanical for as long as we have had our cabin. Recently we found our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. We gave Paul a call and he ordered a water heater and had it installed within a few days. The water heater was in an awkward area under our cabin so Paul took the time and effort to move it to a better location. He mounted and strap it in. We would recommend Paul to any of our friends. He is very reliable and does a top notch job. He stands behind his work so you never have to worry.

Fantastic! I'm hoping I can refer everyone to them. They say what they're going to do, then do it. This family run business is more than conscientious, they are professional friendly and get the bid picture. We realized our furnace was not working while on the east coast. (Thank you wifi thermostat) we called, arranged a service call on the day we flew in. Perfection since the outside temperatures were in the low 40's. Our plane was delayed, Paul came the next day completely unflustered by the delay. Paul and his son took a look, ordered a part, and installed it as soon as it came in. This team was the easiest service call to our home, EVER! Billing was super easy, straightforward, no hidden fees or costs. I can't say enough about them. I kinda hope we need to use them again, but since they're work is so upstanding, I doubt we will.

I had a need, but let's call it an opportunity to call Paul for a late night service call. I've used Paul's services before and have never been disappointed. On this occasion our home furnace, stove and fireplace would not work and the house was really really cold. He arrived and immediately started to troubleshoot. What I liked was that Paul adopted the attitude that this was his problem, not mine! Long story short, he solved the problem and gave me good advice for follow up actions. Again, he never disappoints! Great job Paul!

Our AC started acting up on a Friday and it was 95 degrees out! We called Paul Bertini and he did not hesitate agreeing to come over to help us out. He stayed till 6:30 pm making sure he had the system up and working. He saved our weekend and did a great job. Aside from awesome customer service, he is very knowledgeable about heating and cooling issues and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Trustworthy and knows his stuff!

Paul and son Jesse just did a marvelous job of replacing a rusting-out water heater and recommending and installing a hot water recirculation pump. Excellent customer service, professional workmanship, and no mess left behind. Couldn't ask for more. Having hot water almost instantly is not only a great convenience, especially in the morning, but is saving us a lot of water. Paul is also very active in giving back to the community, most recently serving as president of the Greater Arnold Business Association (GABA).

Bertini Mechanical just finished replacing our defective HVAC unit. They worked diligently to force the manufacturer to honor the warranty. During the summer and fall of 2014 we hired Bertini Mechanical to remodel one bathroom. Because the quality of work was so well done we had them
do another bathroom, rebuild our front stairs and manage the installation of our failing skylights. We were especially worried about the skylights but Bertini found and managed a crew that did an excellent job. We will definitely use Bertini Mechanical again. Five stars! Thank you!
