Paul has done an awesome job with several projects at our business location. We are semi-renovating the kitchen, and Paul has really come through for us. He installed a commercial range and hood, including a custom-fabricated back-drop - it looks amazing! He also handled some sink installations and plumbing corrections - all with a great attitude. Paul's communication during the process was excellent, and he was timely with every appointment. Thank you Paul!

Superman arrived to save the day!
Paul Bertini, AKA Superman, is my man of the hour.

It doesn't get to 97 degrees in Arnold too often but this past weekend it was ugly hot and humid and my air conditioning just up and quit.
I hear some of the air conditioning repair guys are running seven days behind...you know when it gets hot... the air conditioners all seem to die at the same time.

I called Paul and he came on Monday after 6PM. He had put in a full day and I was the last customer on the list. He could have gone home but he honored his promise to come on Monday. Figured out the problem and ordered the part.

The part arrived today and he called to say he would be here by 5PM and called again at 5PM to say he was running late but he would be here. He is a man of his word. He repaired a lot of air conditioners today. He arrived close to 7PM. I was his last customer and he fixed the problem and finally got to go home as it was turning dark.

My air conditioner is running sweet and I am a happy customer. Bertini Mechanical is professional, considerate and their prices are fair and reasonable.
I recommend Bertini Mechanical without reservation. They are the best!

Paul and team treated us like family -- courteous, very conscientious, and innovative. Throughout the remodel of our bathroom, installing a high-efficient heating system, and permit checks, Paul kept us in the loop. Paul offered many options to us and remained patient as we worked through the choices. Paul and his team worked in snow and rain to deliver quality work in a timely manner. He delivers professional, licensed, quality work to this area!

This rate I bought a water heater. I called Bertini to get an estimate for installation alone. No disposal of the old water heater. The estimate was 802 $900. I asked what the hourly rate was and they want and they were not able to give me an answer. So dividing $800 and half still gives a rate of $400 an hour for service. I estimated the install time to be one hour. All it was involved was disconnecting the pipes and reconnecting the pipes to the top of the water heater. And they had no concern but to suggest finding another plumber that was cheaper.

P & D Builders/Bertini Mechanical rebuilt our bathroom in Arnold, CA. From taking out the old shower and tub to installing new cultured marble, new toilets, a new sink, shower doors and counter, Paul and his team did a great job. Also, Paul and his team were on time and kept us informed about the project. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thing about a home improvement.

I called and spoke to Paul who is the owner of Bertini Plumbing. I was speaking to him about having the water pressure in my home increased due to low pressure from the Water Company.

Paul was telling me about a pump system that would cost $1500.00 not including install. I had a few questions ( Valid Points I Must Add Due To Our Circumstance) when out of left field he accused me of just priming him for info and that I was probably going to do this job myself.

Wow! How do you treat a client with such disrespect? He has fixed a frozen pipe at our home and has also fixed my furnace when it would not turn on.

I guess the take away here is not to ask to many questions.

He has just lost a loyal customer!

P.S He is not the only GIG in town!

Arrived at my parents vacation house in Arnold after 5pm on the Friday of MLK weekend with 10 friends from college. Turned the water main on, and water came pouring through the ceiling in the kitchen. I crawled into the attic to find a pipe that had burst in a recent cold snap. Bertini was out the next morning and fixed the pipe before some friends had even woken up! Bertini definitely saved the weekend, was quick to respond, and was not terribly expensive.

My wife made a 2 PM appointment with Paul Bertini Plumbing on Monday, 7/23 for Tuesday, 7/24. We live in Yosemite National Park and drove 2.5 hours to Forest Meadows to meet with Jim at the appointed time. After about an hour my wife called the contact number she had and was told by Jim that he was running behind, but did not say he couldn't come. At about 5 PM Jim called back and stated 'so you don't got no water?' She could tell he wasn't enthusiastic about coming but was left with the impression that he was on the way.

About 1 minute later we received a call from Paul, we assume he is the owner of this business. Paul stated, among other things, ""there are showers by the pool area and you can buy water"", ""I'm not going to put my guys on overtime"", ""I'm not going to be able to figure out what's wrong in 30 minutes. We can't just wave a magic wand and find out what's wrong"". After my wife said you expect us to take showers in the pool house he stated, ""well that's the best I can do for you"".

That is our experience with Paul Bertini Plumbing.

I had a toilet leaking from the tank and called Paul Bertini Plumbing at about noon.
He quoted me his labor price, asked what kind of toilet I wanted and quoted me a price for that too in the same conversation.

We just wanted a standard small toilet and nothing fancy.
I was so relieved that he understood that we weren't picky and valued getting it done over choosing the shape of the seat!

He came out...SAME DAY and completely replaced the whole assembly. Even cleaned the floor around the toilet area.

He was considerate of my time, cleaned his feet before entering, took away all the garbage from the install, explained every step, and was entertaining to boot!

He was In. He was out. Professional and Personable. How refreshing.
