This was great service!! Broken disposal on a Sunday and they sent someone within an hour. The plumber, Mitch, was awesome. Very polite, efficient and explained what was going on and what needed done. The price was less than I was expecting- even for a weekend call.

Kris came to our house for some routine services. He did a brief inspection and found that the shower needed caulking. I was pleased with the work.

Bert's plumbing is fabulous!! I called three plumbers to fix a leak in our main water line coming into the house - Bert's was the only one who came the same day. They fixed the whole problem in an hour and improved our system in general. Another plumber said it would take four hours and they'd have to move our hot water heater - Bert's didn't need to. Thank goodness for Mitch and Rob and everybody at Bert's!

They charged me $2000 to install new cold hot water knobs and secure 1 toilet. When they got to second shower they wanted another $1300 after telling me it would only be an additional $300. When I said I don't have an additional $1300 they said oh you can finance. Felt as though I got scammed and taken. Still don't have 2 working showers after $2000. Hope you like talking politics and like Trump!!Do not recommend.

Woke up to no water called @ 6:30 am had man Dylan here by 8 am found problem repaired it guaranteed it for 1 year and didn't cost an arm or a leg very fair price for super excellent knowledgeable friendly service. If I could give these folks 20 stars I would!

A poor/expensive plumber experience with no repair just a suggestion a need to return after I purchase replacements, meant simple leaking faucets repairs resulted in skepticism and uneasiness for this senior with an ambulatory disability. Friends suggested Bert Norman's Plumbing; therefore, an appointment was booked. Receptionists told me up front a service fee of $49 was mandatory on any call. The technician arrived promptly entering with shoe coverings to assess the """"leaking"""" sinks (kitchen & bath) dilemma. I had been told both needed new fixtures (another call, another $115 service fee from previous Plumber). Burt Norman's technician evaluation was one sink only needed filter cleaning and the other needed handle repairs and cleaning out! Informed him I could not clear under sink area, and he said """"no problem"""". He cleared and even cleaned area and afterwards replaced all! Always polite and courteous with competent manners even explaining when he had to leave briefly to secure parts on another's truck there was no extra expense. Jason from Burt Norman's Plumbing provided such a positive repair encounter. It has been a long time since I have experienced such informative, respectable, and ethical professionalism. I would hope the rest of the Norman's team has this old fashioned knowledge and honor. Service Fee - $49.00 Repairs/parts - $199.00

It's been about a year ago but we had a very positivew experience with this company. A pipe burst in our home and we called around to a few places but nobody could come on short notice. My neighbor suggested Burt Norman's and they came right over. They were very professional, did an excellent job and they cleaned up after themselves. They charged a very fair rate considering that we were an emergency job. Very good experience. I would use them again.

Water heater began leaking at 5:30pm in garage. It was 20 yrs old. A couple local plumbing companies were already closed, so I called Bert Norman's. The entire experience, from soup to nuts was absolutely fantastic. Communication, service, attention to detail, all terrific. Dylan was a gentlemen. Efficient, thorough and just plain solid. I would call them for any and all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

We received an exhorbitant price quote for a simple job last week. We were quoted by Matt, I believe his name was, $3,600 to run a cold water line from the house 130 feet to a small brand new metal shop building for a utility sink. We have our own well, so there was no water company involved. This job should've been possibly $500 max. My late husband was a Florida Licensed General Contractor who built in Florida and Georgia for almost 50 years. I'm pretty sure he would've choked if he heard that. Maybe there was a disconnect or misunderstanding of the job between my friend who received the quote and Matt? We could do the job ourselves with buried pvc or at least temporarily run a hose to a $135 sink from Home Depot, but obviously preferred not to.
