They did a great job starting with the salesperson Jim. Because I was working with my home warranty company, the process was a pain and a few contractors disregarded me for that reason. Jim was very thorough during the sales process and reassured me he would do whatever was necessary to work with the warranty company. He followed through with his promise and even negotiated double the reimbursement from the warranty company than another contractor had. I know it was time consuming for him but he never complained. Two other contractors I had out previously, continually expressed their dislike for working with warranty companies. Although I understand the difficulty, I found their complaining very unprofessional.
After the sales process I called Ber's to compliment Jim and the owner himself called me back to tell me he was grateful for the feedback.
The installation process was smooth, the communication was clear and timely. They were very clean, using tarps to cover their entire walkway throughout my house. The job site inside and out was left spotless. They completed the work sooner than projected. Overall it was a great experience and their price was right in line with the market.
Ber's came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them.

Joe (plumbing) is great! Dependable and hard working. He's done great work for us; installing a sink snd 2 toilets. He insists on doing things the right way the first time, to avoid potential problems down the road. We highly recommend him.

Came out for a estimate in June 2020. Nate the sales representative was very short and spent maybe 5 minutes in my home. Threw a verbal quote of $3k for a furnace and offered to do a gas line relocation for free if I agreed to the job. He hurried and had no interest in listening to me. Said he would call me and send me an email with estimate. Never heard a thing for over 2 months. Called the office today to see why I never received a quote as I am if I am finalizing my estimates before winter. Turns out he did not have my name, number, and email right in the system. Was told by the representative that answered the phone I would receive a quote by email. For once the quote actually came and was not $3k. Poor customer service and cannot ever keep their quotes correct.

Joe came out for our plumbing needs in our gutted master bath! Joe did an amazing job! He is wonderful and the most knowledgeable plumber my husband and I have ever met! He added all new plumbing to a new wall, set the shower pan, added ceiling plumbing for rain head, and worked with not so user friendly products I picked out. Joe is absolutely great and we will never have anyone else come do anything plumbing except for Joe now. Thank you Joe and Bers!

Randy and another associate came to do a bunch of electrical work around my house and were very professional and kind even though my AC was not working and they had to be in the attic to install ceiling lights! Pricing was reasonable and I will definitely be calling them back Monday for a quote on a new AC unit. Was recommended to use them from a friend and I'll tell all my family and friends to call them!

My gas furnace was replaced today. The sales manager is my neighbor. I received excellent service and a very fair price. I am amazed how all the work was done in a little over two hours. BERS rocks! Thank you very much!
