Early Friday afternoon our water heater began to seriously leak. We thought we would either be without hot water for the weekend or have to pay an after hour premium to have a plumber either repair or install a new one. I called Berry's Plumbing, a plumber my parents had used and were very happy with. Sandy took my message and told me that I would receive a call shortly from the plumber. Within three minutes Sam called, asked a few questions and said he would arrive at our home in approximately half an hour. He arrived, as promised. Sam was professional, answered all of our questions, explained our options then quoted a very reasonable price to replace our old water heater.

Sam is the most honest plumber we have ever come in contact with. He quoted a price and completed the job without ever suggesting we needed anything additional. Berry's Plumbing phone number has been added to our contact list and we would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. We thank you, Sam, for your excellent work ethic and kindness in our hour of need.

Sam saved the day! We just moved into a house in Irvine and less than two weeks after we moved in, the toilet in the master bathroom started leaking. I was very anxious about finding a plumber, let alone an efficient one, quickly. I called the number on the website and got a call back in less than an hour. Sam was at our house pretty soon after that.

Sam was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He gave us all options, including the cheaper ones. He finished the job quickly and discovered the reason behind another issue we were having in the other toilet. He fixed that too.

Very easy to get ahold of. Their answering service took my call at 6:30am and was very thorough. Sam was great to deal with over the phone once he returned the call and had great customer service upon arrival as well. He replaced my garbage disposal very quickly and I get confident in his work.

Lets just say that plumbing problems are never fun! I have heard horror stories about people who have been through the ringer with other plumbing companies. Scott is the most honest and competent, licensed and insured plumber I have come across.

Our story starts with a leak who knows where. No sign of water leaking or damage. They came in and found the area and informed me of the bad news that I have multiple slab leaks. This is where plumbers have you by the you know what and some will use this emergency situation to take advantage. They were able to bypass the leaks with a temporary fix for us to get through the weekend while he plans out a much bigger job then either of us anticipated.

It appears like Berry's plumbing can fix just about anything plumbing related! They get very busy, so leave a message and understand that they are worth waiting for.

Sam Berry is just awesome! He replaced an old pipe, which was backing up, for a good price and 1 months later when we were still having minor back up issues he came out and rooted the cast iron pipe it was connected to 25+ feet to the city line for no charge even though it wasn't expected. He just wants happy return customers. Our house is almost 60 years old so he'll be on our speed dial until we can save enough to have him replace the old plumbing. It's great knowing we found a good plumber to call when we need him.
