Used Berry Plumbing twice now and have no reason to use anyone else. Both times they started within a couple hours of my call and completed the jobs thoroughly at a very good price. I don't know what happened with some of the negative reviews below, but I got courteous service, solid workmanship, and reasonable prices (much lower than those rooter chain places). I am glad Berry plumbing is out there and I will definitely keep using them.

I have used Berry Plumbing for clogged toilets and new appliance installations. Gerald Berry is efficient, knowledgeable and I find his prices to be reasonable. I have used other plumbing companies in the past and found several concerns.
Berry Plumbing has also provided weekend service which is not always easy to find.

My dear friend in Richmond recommended Berry Plumbing as giving really good service at a very reasonable price, and, boy, was she right!

The three annoying plumbing problems tolerated for lack of funds were handled in less than two hours, and that included entirely replacing a faucet outside.

He created a lever handle on the outside faucet for my hand disability that requires no strength nor skill on my part and works like a fine-tuned expensive machine.

He worked hard, fast, and efficiently, at a speed just below a full throttle run. I moved fast [in my youth], but he was like a blur of action with no loss of accuracy whatsoever. It was a wonder to watch how hard he worked and how fast he moved in itself.

He was patient with me and his workmen and treated each of us with the utmost courtesy, dignity, and respect. I found him to be a superb plumber and a delightful person. Add more than reasonable prices, and you've got a dream come true. I am grateful.

Main water connection to my house was broken. I called several local plumbers but none could give me an affordable price. Finally, I was able to find Berry Plumbing. I called him and spoke to Gerard who told me that he would come to see and evaluate the work in 45 minutes. Lo and behold, Gerald knocked at my door with his colleague Maurice ready to assess and work. Looking at the work, he assured me that he can do it. He also gave a quote that fit my budget. He began and finished the work. He tested and made sure that everything worked well before he left. I was very satisfied with his work and professional attitude. I would recommend his to any person in need of quick, efficient, and affordable plumbing repairs.

Omg, worst service ever. Very rude, he was even yelling at his assistant and being very rude to him. He kept saying he was going to charge me for every little thing he had to do or check. Kept saying he was charging for his time also which I thought was weird because he haven't even started working on our clogged yet. He was also trying to charge more then what he said when he was finish. I wanted him to check my toilet also because I didn't understand why the water was taking so long to refill and he said , ""he would have to charge for that"", so I was like, just forget it. He was trying to get over on me.

I had a leaking water heater and no hot water. Gerald Berry of Berry Plumbing came to my home right away to inspect it. Unfortunately, the water heater needed to be replaced. Mr. Berry brought brouchures and explained in detail what my options were, including information on the tankless water heater. Once I made my decision on which water heater I wanted, he ordered the water heater and it came in the next day; he picked it up and installed it that day. He was very professional and answered all my many questions. He even brought me some kale from his garden. I highly recommend Berry Plumbing and I will use them for all my plumbing needs

I needed a quick gas shut-off valve replacement done on a Saturday. Called several other listings but found most were closed for the weekend. My only option was leave messages.

I was surprised to get a call back 10 minutes later from Gerald Berry of Berry Plumbing. I was also pleased to learn that he's based near by because I'm a big supporter of local business. Within 20 minutes, Gerald was at my home to inspect the valve to make sure he purchased the right piece for the job. He went to the local Ace Hardware, came back and lickety-split, I had an operating shut-off valve. Gerald also gave me some tips for increasing the energy efficiency of my water heater.

Gerald is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I especially appreciate that he priced the job to the time and relative ease of the task. This let me know that I can count on him for fair pricing on bigger jobs. I'm glad I came across Berry Plumbing. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Worst plumber experience ever. Very rude, high off marijuana, and didn't want to answer any question I asked about the clog. They did unclog it in about 15 minutes. But when they left, it clogged right back up again. I was very disappointed. They didn't give me any advice either. I will never do service with them again!!!!
