Bernie was amazing. Pipes were clogged and backed up into sink, tub, etc. We have had a lot of negative experiences with other plumbers in the area, most of whom don't even respond to calls, but our experience with him was the exact opposite. He came quickly and went above and beyond by not just repairing but thoroughly cleaning the mess from the back-ups.

I had no running water due to frozen and busted water pipes. Bernie came within a couple of hours of calling him, when other plumbers didn't even have time to return my calls, even though he'd never provided service for me before! He ended up getting my water running the next day! I highly recommend Bernie's Plumbing & Heating!

Service was great! I broke a few things in my bathroom on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour Bernie came to my house and fixed everything. He also gave me some good advice on my next steps. If I need a plumber to bail me out again I will definitely call his business. Thanks again.
