We had what was a shower cartridge malfunction, with our delta shower at our home in La Crosse WI.
removed the old cartridge and cross referenced the part number on the delta web site and found the same original delta manufactured part number replacement at home depot and purchased the replacement. called Bernie to do the install. Their plumber did not install the cartridge correctly and the shower leaked. called plumber again, fixed the leak from the original install - same plumber - and then after leaving, found out that only scalding water was coming out, making the shower unusable, from again improper installation. Called plumber to fix again due to the improper install, and was billed twice for their mistake, because they had to replace the delta cartridge that we purchased with the same delta part number with the claim that even though it was from the same manufacturer, their claim since ours came from home depot it was defective and since they purchase direct from wholesalers theirs was not. and that the issue was not from their improper original install from their original plumber. We used them previously with no issues, but now and about $400 later, we wont use them again, they won't own up to the fact their plumber couldn't get it right in two attempts and had to send someone that was more knowledgeable - at least they only charged for two visits, instead of three when it should have been fixed in one.

I had a water softener installed. The work was great and the installer was very polite. When I got my bill, I was charged almost $300 more than my quote. When I asked about t, I was called naive.

We had a strange clog in the kitchen sink that drained with the garbage disposal on, but stayed clogged without it. The guys got out to us the same day, and got us squared away very quickly. They were courteous, and very thorough. They took the time to explain to us what the problem was, and how to make sure that it doesn't happen again. These folks are going to be our go to plumbers any time we have an issue. Top notch!!

Had a bathroom issue called after hours, person on phone said do you have another bathroom to use vs incurring after hours fees. Which I did, I thought that was helpful, service man called before he arrived, took care of the issue fixed the bathroom, I asked should I replace he said no you are good no sense on spending money on something that does not need fixing. Here were two opportunities to have me spend more money which I was impressed. Very neat, clean and pleasant service person.

I called them back and said I was impressed by their service, definitely will use them again if I have an issue come up.
