Today I had the problem none of us want, clogged toilet that's actually backing up into the house. I found Bernal's plumbing (using Siri) called and got an answer immediately. Two plumbers were at my door in less than an hour, EXTREMELY courteous and immediately understood the problem. I was given 2 very fair quotes right away and the job was completed in no time. My issue is pre-existing (root growth) and I've had 4 plumbers out in the last 2 years. However, none of them volunteered to tighten my bowl bolts and caulk the base as a COURTESY! Talk about EXCELLENT customer service and going above and beyond! I choose them because of their Yelp rating and the 2015 award in the picture.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I'd give them 10 stars! Great job guys!

Excellent repairman. GE water heater pilot kept going out. Frank gave me a quote over the phone and came out right away. He kept me updated on eta. Will call him again for repairs or plumbing needs.

I hired Bernal's Plumbing to help me replace the hot and cold water valves in my master bathroom. Stumbled upon Bernal's Plumbing while looking online for a plumber. Over the phone, Frank quoted me a very fair estimate. Once he arrived, the service was very prompt and professional. He not only repaired my initial problem but also fixed my garbage disposal and replaced a broken clean out plug at no extra charge. I just recently moved into this neighborhood so I'm glad to have found a reliable plumber on my first shot. Bernal's Plumbing is definitely being added to the address book.

After reading all the reviews this guy had I was expecting good service. What I received was the opposite. This guy said he would be there between 4-4:30. I waited and texted him at 5:30 pm and received a text about 20 min later saying the was still at another site. A courtesy call or text would have been nice but I didn't get one. He then said he would call me after he was done. That never happened either. If you have a plumbing issue that you need to get fixed go somewhere else as this guy is unreliable.

Frank, the owner of Bernal's plumbing is the man. I have been using Frank now for about 7 years for all of my plumbing needs at my own home and also at rental properties of mine. He is always fair, honest and most importantly does great work. Super easy to communicate with as well via text or phone call and a new bonus is that I can even pay via PayPal! His rates I also find to be very fair for what is done.

I'm not one to always recommend someone but I definitely endorse Bernal's Plumbing without a doubt!

Had a terrible clog in my Toilet. And when I say terrible, it was terrible. Tried all the home remedies, even Drain-O. Nothing worked so, I decided it was time for me to call in a plumber. Gave Bernal's a call and the first thing I noticed was the quickness in response and the Good friendly service. Overall experience was good and cheaper than I thought. Would definitely recommend for all your plumbing needs. Give it a try.
