An awful experience! Hired Mirco to replace a water heater at the house. Hired HIM based on recommendation. Was not happy when he said his associate would do the work but relented. We agreed that the work would be up to code. Worker was not happy when I told him as agreed with Mirco that he was to take the old water heater and the shipping box (for the new one). As I lost track of time, I received no permit inspection date and talked to Mirco, who said he ""forgot"". Mirco did not even come out to inspect the job his associate did. Lo and behold the install did not pass inspection, not even close. There were FOUR major infractions. I was furious, especially after waiting so long to hear from Mirco, AFTER I called him for status. Sent him the inspection report, upon my insistence, with several opportunities for him to contact me, either by telephone or e-mail. After a week, I did not hear from him until I sent him a very strongly worded e-mail regarding the situation. He finally responded and then came out to do the job properly. All issues were preventable. All in all, a very distasteful and unprofessional business transaction in every way. Will NOT hire Mirco ever again and my review attests to that fact. Your choice.

Mirco was awesome.
I thought the wax seal under my toilet needed to be changed.
And sure enough that was correct.
He checked the pipe line to make sure of no blockages just to make sure.
Which we greatly appreciated.
Mirco is kind, professional, reliable, he takes pride in his work and he is honest.
All the best qualities you want with a plumber.
Everything was left clean and his work was impeccable.
I will be calling him whenever we need his services.

We've been using Mirco and Berlin Plumbing for over a decade. The first time we called him we were having a problem with the flow of hot water in our shower. He was the third opinion we got. Two other plumbers couldn't diagnose the problem and their solution was to start breaking tile and digging until they found the issue at an hourly rate. Mirco came in and recognized it was most likely a small part in the fixture. He even had the part in his van so in a matter of minutes he saved us thousands of dollars and the headache of rebuilding our bathroom.

We've used him dozens of times since then and continue to recommend him to friends. He's a very talented problem solver who is responsive and fair. It's so nice to have someone that we completely trust in our corner.

Just dealt with having my entire kitchen flooded thanks to Mirco's shotty corner cutting. Kinda hard to turn off the water when the plumber NEVER INSTALLED THE KNOBS ON THE SHUTOFFS!

Glad I had a screw driver handy to go pull one off another sink before the rest of the house flooded. Now to deal with the damage to the hardwood flooring.

Micro was recommended by a trusted friend, and we're so glad we got the recommendation. We had contacted two other plumbers for help with our water heater, and both had very high estimates involving things we ended up not needing at all. Micro was able to come by the same day, gave us an honest assessment of the problem, was able to get the necessary part and had everything fixed properly at a very fair price. Micro will be the person we call for all of our plumbing needs in the future, we can't recommend him highly enough!

I really like this plumber. I used Mirco to install a Mr. Steam unit for me. He also did regular plumbing work (installed shower head and faucet).

The Mr. Steam unit installation was complicated and required additional work due to a persnikkity city inspector. Mirco did everything he was asked to do like the total professional that he is. Moreover, Mirco is a human being and someone whom I would have in my house socially. He is not like other plumbers who are Neanderthals from Planet Sewage who don't respect my home.

The reason I am so absolutely happy with Mirco is because he respects my home and that is important to me when dealing with a home service provider. Respect is the first and most important quality to me. Mirco totally knows his plumbing and is an expert, master plumber. But I appreciate most his in-home demeanor. Mirco is my first choice and preference for a plumbing contractor.

It was a total pleasure dealing with him. I don't say that about many tradesmen. 100 thumbs up for Mirco, the best plumber in Los Angeles!.

I have hired Mirco, the owner, at least a half dozen times over the last five years.

He is absolutely reliable and superior in the service he provides. I have had him do minor plumbing work, diagnose problems, change bathroom fixtures, install two different hot water circulators (in two different homes), and lastly install a tankless water heater.

Each and every job has been a perfect experience. I wish I could say the same for other contractors I hire.

Mirco is fair, prompt, and leaves your home cleaner and neater than when he entered it.

I highly recommend him to my neighbors and friends and I will use his services in the future.
