Our team member Kristina began her journey with Berkshire Heating & Air Conditioning in January 2011 as an Administrative Assistant and has moved up to her recent role as Branch Manager. She oversees the daily operations of all departments within Berkshire Heating & Air Conditioning. She works closely with both the field and administrative teams to maintain standards and effectiveness. With over 15 years of customer service experience and a trio of years in the HVAC sector, she brings valuable expertise to the team.

Born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts, and now residing in Holyoke, Kristina is deeply connected with the area and fully understands the extreme climate shifts in Western Massachusetts. This understanding allows her to effectively recommend products and systems to clients.

Currently, Kristina lives in Holyoke with her husband Josh and their three amazing children. They are also supported by their tight families in the local area.

Jason is a remarkable technician. All of the technicians that come out to tune up my furnace and air conditioner are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable experts that keep my system running up to par...but Jason is very special to me because I remember when he first came out almost 20 years ago. I think I was one of his first service calls. He was conscientious and thorough. I remember how he flushed out my air conditioning unit and made sure to keep the runoff from going into my pool by surrounding it with old towels. I trust Berkshire Air. When it was time to replace my system after 20 years I went with them and it has run well since it was replaced in 2013. Whatever Jason recommends I will have completed because I know he knows what is best and I trust his integrity.

I had an issue with my heat at the start of the season. I called Berkshire in need of a service call. The service tech showed up 3 hours late. He did not disassemble any part of the furnace to diagnose the issue. He told us that it was a sensor and would be $660 just for the part, no installation. We discussed this quote with another HVAC person and found that the part actually cost $170. We changed the part out but the furnace still did not work. The actual issue was a clogged gas line.......NO $$$. I suggest staying away!!

Don't bother calling these people on the weekend. They have no parts on the truck and won't be able to do anything for you. What they will do is charge you a $200 charge to walk in the door on the weekend. Then you can get $100 of that back if you purchase a $279.00 maintenance agreement.

We have been customers of Berkshire Heating & Air Conditioning for several years, and have had very good service in the past. However, today I would like to highly commend the visit for a PM that Jayson performed. He provided a 2 1/2 hour service inspection which was extremely thorough and comprehensive. His knowledge is outstanding and his professionalism is to be noted. He answered questions so that I could understand them and he truly explained everything he was doing throughout the inspection. The company is certainly lucky to have a technician of his caliber.

We had a terrible experience with Berkshire Heating. We were without heat for the coldest week of the winter. They were late to order a part - a part that we later discovered was quite common and they should have had available. One worker took his mask off while talking with me and another wore his improperly (under the nose). Luckily we switched to another company, who discovered our furnace simply needed a serious cleaning. Going with Berkshire was an expensive and frustrating mistake for us.

The night of heavy winds--I heard a pop, went downstairs, and found the service door open. I left a call. I had concerns and talked to their on call technician who reassured me.

They called me on Monday and a set a time for the visit. Called me the day before as well as emailed me. The day of the service they sent an email with the picture of the tech.

He was personable and stated all I needed for the damper was screws and the bolt needed to be tightened on door.

My furnace is old, and I asked him about the condition of it. He was honest said it was cracked and when it does go not to waste money on a major repair. He explained the process and gave me an idea of what it could cost.

When I hire a company, I expect them to be on time, honest, and to be highly qualified. This is what I received.

They have a client for life.

Terrible Terrible company. A tech came out for a furnace cleaning, said he couldn't do the job because the system was old. (Which I was fine with.) He made a verbal note in his iPad and called the main office. He filled up the water in the slight glass because it was low before he left. A few days later the furnace had way too much water in it and I woke up to a freezing house. When I called for help, they said he never touched anything and refused to help like I would call and make this up. The least they could of done was offer for someone to take a look at it. This company sucks, go elsewhere!

After calling various other heating businesses,Berkshire heating and air conditioning was the only one that got back to me in my time of need, my furnace broke down they sent over a technician named Stefan, he evaluated the situation on the furnace and suggested I'd buy a new one and he was right, then they sent over Brian the salesman he was great, didn't sell me anything I didn't need I got a good price, then for the technicians, Jimmy and Tommy were excellent, on time efficient answered all my questions and did an great job they were personable and cared about getting everything right, I highly recommend Berkshire heating and air conditioning they were there when I needed them the most, thank you again and keep up the great work, love my new furnace, you have a customer for life!
