I just sold my home after discovering an open ground that was affecting multiple outlets. When I called the lady said they were booked out a few weeks and put me on hold. She checked with the owner Ed and he was able to come out within just a few days. He spent a few hours troubleshooting, he was extensive and thorough, identified and fixed the issue. I've never had to hire an electrician before and I would recommend Ed and Berkshire Bay to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.

When booking with Berkshire Bay Contractors, we had hoped that we would be left with a quality lanai structure that we would come to enjoy for many years. Unfortunately, that is NOT the case. With our lanai project, there are bolts in random places with neither consistency in location or quantity, random holes on the sides of the aluminum, jagged unfinished aluminum edges, gaps in the aluminum in both interior and exterior, incorrectly stretched and trimmed screening, gashes on the aluminum and caps made from scrap pieces of aluminum. Save your time and money and choose any other company for your home projects if you are looking for quality work because quality is the LAST thing you will get with Berkshire Bay Contractors. Working with Edward (the owner of the company) was great to work with at first, but once he got our deposit, he only cared that the work was done """"to code"""", which is all he had stated when doing the final walk-through with us. And not to our surprise, our initial city inspection FAILED. Looking at all their other reviews, I question that these are customer reviews or if they are from their friends/family.
