We had a burst pipe due to the cold weather. They had someone out right away. He couldn't get to it due to a cabinet. They got me on the schedule within a day so I could get the cabinet down and fixed it first thing the next morning I will call them again if I need any plumbing done.

Pretty disappointed with this companies inability to communicate when it comes to scheduling. Waited around all day yesterday for a digging crew that was never gonna come, was told that the project would be completed today only to find out it requires an inspection that won't get done until Friday of which they have no ability to schedule so I'm just supposed to waste an entire 9 hours sitting at my house. None of this was told to me ahead of time. I cannot recommend a company who does not value their customers time

If I could give this company zero stars I would. It all started when we noticed our water bill gradually going up. I called this place to make sure we didn't have a leak. We needed a new hot water heater and a pressure regulator installed. No issues with that. However, they changed out the hardware in our toilets (one had been constantly running). They had an apprentice install it incorrectly. So we had to have another person come out and fix it. They did it incorrectly and we had to have a third person fix it. Shortly after that work, we noticed our master tub didn't have cold water coming out very fast any more. We were told someone would come out with a tool to fix it. The technician came out and spent 4 hours trying to fix the problem. He was upset that the office didn't communicate with us or him the extent of the job. He told me I needed a new faucet. They sent someone else out after we bought the new faucet and said we needed a new valve as well. Again, no communication between the office, the technicians, or us. 3 months and 7 service calls later our tub is finally back working. To top it all off, the technician that quoted us a price no longer works for the company and they "don't have a record" of the quoted price he gave me, so we paid double. Strongly do not recommend this place. It was embarrassing how many neighbors asked questions about what was happening because we had them coming out so often to fix one problem.

Berkeys Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical installed a new HVAC unit in my home April, 2024; great experience. February 2025, technicians, Fernando Letona & Connor Killough of Berkeys performed a Winter Heating Inspection and I must say, they did an excellent job. Connor and Fernando arrived on time (a few minutes early), completed the inspection and explained to me clearly what they had done I was concerned about the level of dust in my home and ask them about it. Connor and Fernando let me know that the existing Air Scrubber UV bulb had died, and the ducts were fairly dusty. Berkeys had a special going at the time and they offered a new $500 UV bulb free with the duct cleaning. This offer could not be beat so I jumped on it (great deal)! I had purchased a new Ecobee thermostat and Connor and Fernando installed it for me. I cannot say enough about my exceptional experience. THANK YOU Connor and Fernando!

This company lies up one side and down the other. They sell you one thing lying about what they are going to do and then later tell you they never said such a thing and tell you that YOU signed off on it! They sold me a $12,500 ac unit saying every part is warranted under the sell, if the part fails prematurely. 1-1/2 years later they tell us that we need a $500 part added to our unit to keep 3 other parts from failing. WHAT!!! It is a brand new unit!!! We refused to buy it. Why buy that part if all parts are under warranty. But then they said, "Oh, but THOSE PARTS AREN'T WARRANTED. They said it's in our paperwork that if any part not made by Lennox fails, it will not covered under the warranty and those 3 parts weren't made by Lennox. They told us EVERY PART was covered. They also said the $12,500 price came with free spring and winter inspections for the life of the unit. After two inspections they said we owed $99 a year for inspections. You will regret it if you do business with ANY big business, ESPECIALLY BERKEYS. Find an independent AC man. The devil owners Berkey's. We went to Home Depot asking for a good company. They recommended Berkey's. Home Depot got a referral fee. FYI - we have none of the papers they say we have. Only the lifetime warranty of the unit.

False advertising. Says up front pricing but will not tell you an approximate price to fix a sink that is backing up into a dishwasher over the phone. Milestone does. Call them instead.

Had a brand new unit with a 3 year warranty installed a
little over 1 year ago. During install they skipped out on a
T for my pvc pipe that resulted in sediment build up.
Charged me 420$ for them to fix what they didn't install
correctly. l've done everything I can for preventative maintenance that they've suggested and this still happened. I'll be looking for another company for future
hvac, electrical, and plumbing.

When setting an appointment they did not give a window of time. They just said they would call 1 hour prior. I told them I could not do anytime after 4:30 PM. Waited all day only to get a call at 5:30 trying to schedule for another day.
