Bergeron Plumbing of Delray never disappoints. They do good work. I have called them numerous times for different plumbing jobs in my home. They keep appointments and are always on time. They are courteous and clean up after the job is done. I had to call today for an urgent issue. A pipe w/spigot for a hose that I use to wash my lanai broke due to workers damaging it while installing a new screen porch frame. They bumped the pipe near the spigot, separating the pipe from the spigot joint causing the pipe to leak. Bergeron Plumbing sent Brandon to my house within a half hour and he had it fixed promptly. Wow, Bergeron you're awesome! Thanks!!! Don't hesitate to call Bergeron Plumbing!

At 7am, I texted a request for repairs to leaky kitchen sink faucet, undersink shutoff, and replacement of two outside faucet handles. By 9:15am Jeff arrived, went right to work, and got the job done quickly. We always call Bergeron Plumbing for any kind of plumbing work at our home. We had a leak identified in the ground from the water meter to the house. The leak detection company recommended Bergeron Plumbing. The plumber came out early the next day and repaired the water pipe. All of this occurred 2 days before Christmas! We are thrilled that this much needed repair happened in a timely manner. Let me start off by saying I have used them in the past with very little problems and fair pricing. Last week they came to install a new Moen shower valve that I supplied. I should also preface that I was the CEO of one of the largest construction related business in North America so I have quite a bit of experience with subcontractors and know what things cost. When I called for the appointment I told the woman on the phone that the install was going to require a cut out in the drywall and could they bring a panel. She said she would make a note of it and have one on the truck. After waiting about a week their plumber showed up. He informed me that he had no panel and it was company policy that they don't install them and don't repair drywall. I asked the plumber if he could cut a rectangle and save me the piece so I could flash patch the wall. He cut the hole on an angle and measured wrong so he had to cut an other piece which made more work for me. My big complaint was the price. To be transparent he did tell me the price prior to commencing the work. 800.00 dollars. When I said that was steep he asked if I wanted him to leave so I could shop it.. At that point we had been without a shower in that bathroom and I figured that I had other work and I would talk to the owner Dave and perhaps negotiate a credit to be used on other work. I called Dave three time and he refused to return my call which is very bush and unprofessional. The plumber was no speed demon and he was back in his truck in 2:55 min. The average price in the US to install a shower valve with wall penetration is 400.00. This is just plain gouging in my opinion. I would call someone else for your plumbing needs.

When people say there is a first time for everything very rarely is it actually true. I called burgeron plumbing for slow drains, I was immediately given an idea to try before the costly drain snakes and service call. Mind you, the company I called first gladly scheduled but decided to not show for the $400 job. I took dans advice and it worked, he not only saved me $400 but this will now be the first plumber I call when I have a real plumbing issue. Honest businesses still exist and this is one of them.
