Overpriced!!! Used by Servpro so we had no say in using them. They came to came to fix the original problem and created a bigger problem they want US to pay for. A problem that could have flooded our basement, $600 worth. The secretary was very rude and just wanted to argue. Said someone would call me back, nope!

Solid, quick and professional service. We were very happy with how quickly our plumber Thomas arrived and how thorough he was in diagnosing and fixing the issue. I'm confident Bergen Plumbing will get my business for any of my issues in the future.

I want to thank the 2nd plumber that came out and fixed a problem that occurred after the 1st plumber was here. Bergen stands by their work!!! After the 2nd plumbers left I waited 2 days to go in the basement and check if my gate valve was still leaking. I had my dehumidifier running. Sure enough... my basement was dry! I thank you so much for easing my anxiety.

I called and it went fine but the plumber didn't know what my trouble code was and how to fix it. He thought it was one thing and to get a new part would cost $800 to fix! He also suggested a new $2600 replacement hot water heater. I did the fix myself after researching it in less than 2 minutes. They are very overpriced.

Bergen is absolutely the best! Came right out when we had a serious plumbing issue. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. Had the problem fixed right away and his recommendations were spot on
Matt and Jarod both did a great job for us. Excellent service.

Very great at communicating, friendly, and professional. Really happy with the job they did. My sink was not draining and needing an auger. The pipes have more than a 90 degree turn and he was able to get it in the right position. Not many people are good at this. I'm so happy with results!

2 months after sending them a deposit for work to be done.....they still haven't showed up! I finally asked for the deposit to be refunded, which they did. Previous experience with them had been very good...but not this time. Very doubtful we'll call them again.

I had a service call 3-4 weeks ago. The service man came and was very very slow. After he was done and my central air was working he did god only knows in my back yard for 10-15 minutes so I checked on him and told him I didn't need anything else. Then it took him over 10 minutes to pack up a few tools and about 10-15 minutes to write up the ticket. He comes in and charges me for 1 1/2 hrs for about 30-40 minutes of actual working. He states they charge travel time and says someone has to pay for the travel time.

I called up Bergen's office and they say minimum service time is 1 hr and charged me for an hr time. I get that if they don't charge some sort of minimum they're not going to be able to stay in business when you include their travel time. So I was satisfied with that I paid my bill and the service man went on his way.

Today I went downstairs to check on my furnace filter and I see a Bergen plumbing heating and cooling sticker on my ductwork. I was very upset about this because it is unprofessional. I have never had any other service person deface my property before. So I tried to peel the sticker off and it separated because they use cheap stickers so I called their off to tell them that I'm not going to spend a half an hour cleaning off the sticky residue of the sticker that they placed on my ductwork. The office person said, ""he probably did it so it would be easier for me to remember who to call.

This was way of drumming up repeat customers. I was a repeat customer but not anymore. I told the office lady that if he asked me I probably wouldn't have cared. I said I didn't appreciate my property being defaced (really it's probably vandalism) and I wanted it off today so it doesn't have to go any further. She stated she would make up a ticket and gave all sorts of reasons why they were busy and treated me like I wasn't a priority. I understand I was a priority when they were taking my money though. Perhaps they should invest in refrigerator magnets like everyone else.

Also they have the 2.95 typed onto their bill as a parts charge. They probably figured because it isn't much money people won't complain. It's not much for one person but over the course of the year it has to add up to thousands in their pocket. Because it's pre-typed on the ticket everyone pays it. Yes, this is ethics at it's finest.

I will file a police report if every trace of the ""sticker"" they placed on my duct work isn't removed today. They are very unprofessional.

Update: I called back and talk to the owner. He told me that because I let them in my house to do work and because I paid my bill that it's not vandalism and he refused to remove their sticker unless I had police present.

Yeah like I dictate when crime happens throughout the city and write the officer's schedule! These people are very unprofessional unless you want your property to be all trashed with stickers and to be mistreated stay far far away!
