highway robbery This is the second and last time I ever use this company. The first time everything was fine, so this time I didn't shop around because I thought it was going to be the same experience. But No. Buyer beware! This time they charged me $165.00/hr to replace a couple of bathroom sink faucets because I had already bought the faucets. Of course, it took 3 hours to replace them totaling a whopping $495 in labor alone. One might ask why am I paying more if the company is not giving any warranty on the parts? Just another way to steal - I can't find another word for this - from a customer. I was ok with paying the $135/hr in labor but was surprised with the increase because I bought the faucets that I wanted. In any event, I checked multiple companies after paying this bill and as you might know by now, the job ended up being on average 3 times the price other companies in this area would charge me. Shame on me for not double-checking and trusting a company I used in the past. Lesson learned. Get different quotes, don't be a loyal customer. This particular company charges way too much as it is and then stabs you with an even higher price for no reason.

Called and made an appointment for estimate. No one showed, no one called, and wanted to delay for another week. Not the way to do business.

These guys are the best in Cape Coral, hands down. Not only were they the most reasonable in terms of their bid but are very professional in how they conduct their business. I had a whole house repipe and when they left at the end of the day the house didn't even look like they made any mess at all. I can't say enough good things about them. I was in the construction business myself and know a good job when I see it and this is it. Don't hesitate on this business, they know what their doing and get it done right. They repiped our whole house in two days, concealing pipe where I didn't even think it was possible. This business came highly recommended by neighbors who had used them and they were right, look no further, they are the real deal.
