Had these people out two different times to clear two different drains. When leaving the second time the plumber suggested if the drains didn't stay cleared I should contact a drain expert. Funny. I thought plumbers were drain experts. Well, both drains backed up again. I called and left messages with Benz and they never returned my calls. My suggestion. Proceed with caution.
