Beny has been there for our company during an outside tree root invasion throughout the property and he has assisted in the last (3) years to keep the exterior lines clear, so we don't have a property flood.

Beny has also come out on a weekend when we had an emergency back up and no other plumber was available.

Beny is by far the best plumber we've known in 74 years, We've used him for decades. He repiped our house, and has done many plumbing jobs for us. He just completed a complex sewage lines replacement, replacing all sewage lines under the house and from the house to the main City sewage line in the street. Beny is masterful and expert in all he does with a crew that is second to none. He, unlike most plumbers, works with his crews under the house. He himself does hard manual labor in 100 degree heat. He is the only plumber we know who answers all calls personally on his cell phone and comes immediately day or night for emergencies. He is brilliant and I rate him at the top.

stay away from this plumber !!!
i wish i read yelp reviews before i hired him.
he will take your money and run away. beny will give you a very cheap
estimate to get his foot in the door and in the middle of the work he will triple the price.
unprofessional, RUDE and a LIAR.
every step of the way he will cut corners to save himself material and labor.
the end result is a cheap job, wrong installation and nothing by the code.
after paying him $15,000, i end up hiring another plumber to correct his mistakes.
don't get impressed by his long explanation - everything he said is just
to impress you and to take your money.
i called him to come back to correct his work, he never replied to any of my texts or phone calls.
save your money and go somewhere else otherwise - you will have to pay
twice for the same job to correct his mistakes.

Excellent service! I've been using Beny for all plumbing fixes in my house over the years: leaks, broken toilets, faucets needing replacement.
Beny is always reliable and prompt in keeping his appointments. He was able to fix the problem every time, efficiently and at a reasonable price!

I've recommended him to my friends and they are all pleased with his services as well. Don't look any further if you are looking for an honest, skilled plumber.

Review

This is in response to the very negative review left by Craig M. First of all, there is no reason to resort to cheap shots like criticizing Beny's accent. This is, after all, America, the melting pot. Beny first worked for me over 20 years ago, and every time a plumbing issue arrises, I always call him. I would never ever think of calling anyone else.

Second, Beny told me what happened at Mr. M's house, after I showed him the review. He was trying to snake out a clogged main using the Super Snake by removing the toilet. It is a very small bathroom and Beny was working with a helper. Mr. M kept getting in the way by peering around the open bathroom door but Beny finally had to close the door to be able to reposition the large Snake in this cramped area. Beny was not ""hiding"" anything in the bathroom. He was trying to do his job without being closely scrutinized by someone who does not understand plumbing or the work and in very cramped quarters.

Also I understand that Mr. M is actually the tenant of Beny's long time customer and was not even charged directly by Beny. He was also very upset that Beny reported that he found the tenant to be at fault for the stoppage and that he had to notify the owner.

I never put reviews, and especially negative reviews, because I realize that people rely on their businesses to make a living. However, my experience with Beny was absolutely terrible. He was recommended to me from a friend, so I believed that he would be trustworthy. I called Beny on Friday morning, explained the problem (shower valve issue), and he said he would come on Monday. He asked me to text him my address and a picture of the valve. I did that immediately after I got off the phone. I didn't hear back from him all weekend to confirm when he was coming on Monday, so I sent him a text (I didn't want to interrupt his weekend, but to at least let him know I was still waiting for a response for Monday). I still didn't hear back from him on Monday, so I texted him again and then left a message about a couple of hours later (in case he didn't see my text). Beny called me back Monday afternoon, but I was in a meeting so I couldn't take it. He left me a message (and oddly enough, left it for my husband, even though I had told him my name multiple times, and was the only one speaking with him). I called him back, and he said he could come on Wednesday, but he refused to give me a time and just told me to call him in the morning and he would come within an hour or so. On Wednesday morning, I call him first thing - his voicemail is full. So I send him another text. He called back, and said he would be able to come in a couple of hours (it was about 8:30am at the time), so he could come close to noon at the latest. He was on speaker, and my husband also heard this. Around 12:30pm on Wednesday, I called him to see if he would be coming still. He didn't answer so I left a message. 2pm rolled by, so I called him again. This time he answered. I asked him if he would be still coming to fix the shower valve (I wasn't upset, I realize that schedules change). Beny became very defensive with me, and I told him I was just wondering if he could come by today because he had mentioned that he could come around noon. He seriously went from 0-60 with me, and suddenly started yelling at me and said, ""Fine, I can't make it,"" and hung up. I found someone else within a few minutes to come by and fix it instead. The moral of the story is, don't deal with terrible people. There are others that can do the service for you, promptly and without being rude and defensive.

Here is how Beny works.
He comes to your house and talks over you with broken English. Speak English Beny. He then tries to intimidate you. We had a clogged toilet and he walked in with a toilet snake. Then he closed the door to the bathroom. What is he trying to hide. Was there less than 15 minutes. Charged us $135. Next day toilet still clogged and now bathtub backed up. Said he email the invoice. Nope. Liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this shady criminal. He is a thief. Had to call another plumber. They hydro jetted the main drain. Problem solved. Beny is a joke and I have no idea how he is in business. If I could give a negative star I would.

The biggest rip off in the town. He promises to you to get the job but then he changes and denies what he has promised. I have never written a bad review for anyone but this guy ripped me off big time.

I've done a lot of work with Beny and he's fantastic. redid our plumbing during renovations but also came out when we had an old sewer pipe burst shortly after moving in. got the job done very quickly when we were in dire straits. highly recommended!
