We launched Bentley's Heating and Cooling in 2016; the business was born out of a commitment to offer trustworthy and high-quality repair and installation services for heating and cooling systems. After graduating and working in the field, I was inspired to create my own business. My vision included teaching customers how to care for their heating and cooling units. Our commitment to education has fostered growth and allowed us to expand our team. Our foundation rests on integrity, honesty, and reliable service. Lorali H.Bentley's was incredible. We knew from our home inspection that our furnace was set to fail and we'd gotten a few estimates to repair/replace what was needed. The folks at Bentley's took a look at the current equipment but took extra time to understand the home layout, ductwork and flow of air in the home to ensure the solution they proposed would be the right course of action for the home. They were the only company to do this- others merely looked at the equipment and square footage and proposed new equipment. Bentley's really went above and beyond and I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking for meticulous HVAC professionals- especially Brett who tackled our attic flue pipe like a boss.

The technician was on time & very professional. We knew we needed Freon & we did but he also advised us to keep our coils clean with our garden hose. He made sure the house was cooling off before he left. We appreciated the honesty of the technician & the company and would use them again in a heartbeat.
