Called Benson Plumbing late in the day with an emergency at our rental property in Laguna Beach and Dave came right over after finishing a job nearby. Everything was taken care of quickly and at a fair price. So happy to have a reliable, skilled plumbing team here locally and will definitely use them again in the future.

We were about to walk out of our condo when we noticed water seeping out of the corner of the base of the kitchen cabinets where the electric water heater is located. I turned off the water and called Benson Plumbing and spoke with David. David agreed to stop by the same day and look at the situation. The water heater is enclosed within the cabinets, which required disassembling the cabinet. I was able to open the cabinet to expose the water heater and obtain the model number. David and Bernardo (both owners) showed up and stated that they could order a replacement water heater and have it by the next day. This was important as we had family coming in 2 days to stay. They confirmed the water heater was available and gave me a fixed price for replacement installation. Bernardo showed up the next day with the new water heater and went to work replacing it. The space was extremely limited and difficult to work in. The replacement heater was slightly larger than the original which required modifications to fit the connections. Bernardo worked diligently and completed the installation without any change in their proposed price. I highly recommend David and Bernardo of Benson Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. They are extremely helpful and professional.

We had a minor emergency, which, of course to us, was a major catastrophe. Called Benson and Dave answered. He was swamped with calls but said he would see what he could do. He called me back later and tried to get another technician to come out.
Towards evening, he called and said they could come up and I was very thankful. They came and snaked the line and it was cleared very quickly.
