Called to get some work done. Was told it would be about 3-4 weeks until they could fit us in. He took our name and number but never called us back. We followed up with him a month later and he said we were still on the list. He told us if we got the parts ourself he would come out ""next week"". Well who knows what parts they really need??That's why we call a professional, isn't it??? Needless to say he hasn't called us and we will take our business elsewhere!! What a waste of a month waiting on a plumber that never came to the rescue!

I called them today explaining that I needed a quote on a heating system. I told them I lived in a town about 18 miles from them. on line it mentions that they travel more than that as most contractors do.

When I told the man where I live he asked if I wanted a quote. I sort of laughed and then said of course. How can anyone have a job done without knowing what it would cost. He then told me how they were booked till spring. He wrote me off because of the town I live in assuming that I would not spend the money on what I needed done.

He is not too smart or a good business man. I am aware of what it would cost for what I want done. He lost my business but apparently he doesn't need it. Stay away from them !

Bensinger has always done a good job for us whether is was heating or plumbing, home or work. They have always had our business and will always have our business.

Useless. I had been a regular customer for years, calling them for regular furnace cleanings and service. When I called for a plumbing problem at my new house, they said they could send someone out the same day... until I mentioned that the house was covered under a home warranty. Even though I told them I was going to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed, and all they would have to do is call the warranty company to get pre-approval, they suddenly became ""too busy"", all in the space of thirty seconds.

Congratulations! You've lost all my future business as well.
