We call them to replace garbage disposal, they charged about $300, but after setup, water from sink leak to the dishwasher. Call back many times but they saw number and blocked call. Tried with other number they pick then realize that was us, then hide away from their problem again. Really mad.

I would say one star is way too generous. Wafa is the accounts payable lady. She called my office making threats over an invoice she claimed was past due. She sent an invoice to the wrong email and actually called my business manager screaming and cursing him out. Then she called our homeowner and threatened to place a lien over a 600 dollar invoice. Rather than a simple phone call to the owner or an email following up. We proved we did not receive the email and their only response was to ask us to hand deliver the check within 40 minutes. This is not the first time Wafa has cursed an employee of mine but it certainly will be the last. If you need a great sprinkler or gas guy do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. My experiences with the service at Ben's is the worst I have every experienced. IN ANYTHING.

Horrible Experience, no sense of urgency and unprofessional office staff (owner's wife) used obscenity language to my realtor based on what my realtor told me. Ben was always late to the job, last one to get there, first one to leave. I had a few contractors working on my mother's home as we are in the process of putting her home on the Market and Ben knew this.

Our other contractors were amazing! They came early and stayed late to get their job done. They returned our calls in a timely fashion and made no excuses. Ben on the other hand was quite the opposite. In fact we had to show the house without bathroom vanities and out of order toilet.

He just DID NOT CARE. We were on his schedule and having to accommodate him.

There is absolutely no communication with this company on the weekends. If you run into an emergency...you will be SOL!

Actually no star is appropriate. This plumber was contracted through Oasis Pools to do the pool plumbing. Have had problems since installation. They do not stand behind their own work.

They requested my help through a good friend of ours, then refused to pay, Said they had no signed contract with us. Come on people, we don't have signed contracts for hourly work, $225. Owners wife , Wafa Rivea , kept me on the phone making excuses for 12 minutes, geez. At least I got to hang up, . Sorry Ben you have to live with her.

This has been many years in the making. I had them replace my entire drain system a few years ago. I have been mad ever sense. They way over charged me and kept adding more money because at that point I didn't have a choice. The repair was supposed to be two weeks turned to 4 months. They killed all the grass in my front yard and they also killed a tree that I had to get cut down. They didn't take care of the roots when they just cut threw them. The grass is just now looking back to normal. And when it came time to pass inspection by the city of Austin they failed twice. I would highly suggest anyone avoid this company. I personally wouldn't even let them come flush my toilet.
