Suzanne Z.This company purchased my account from Stone Harbor Plumbing. I have a seasonal rental home which requires turn-off and turn-on services. Draining the pipes, turning off utilities. Plus blowing out the landscape irrigation lines. I have had SO MANY PLUMGING ISSUES and costly mistakes with this company that have cost me a lot of money. For example, they failed to drain my pipes over the winter, which is a service that I requested. My landscape pipes did burst!
The owner did offer to forgive my turn-off bill (he didn't turn off anything!). But I just discovered that his office subsequently billed me for this serivce, months later after I had long forgotten our arrangement.

Carrie J.I had an appointment for diagnostics for my 2 year old hot water heater. The service individual took a few pics and walked outside to take a phone call and did not come for 15 minutes. I was then informed, my 15 minute appointment was done. I never received any diagnostics on the unit and was charged 122$ for the appointment. I had to call 2 times to find out the status. I was then placed on hold and told the manager was in a meeting. Waste of time and money.... I was then told due to the brand of my unit it could not be serviced by them. That could have been confirmed before they came.
The first tech spent more time talking about 'political issues' than troubleshooting my HVAC issue. Needless to say he didn't fix it. Later, a second tech 'thought' he knew what the issue was and proceeded to replace a part but charged us full price for a part that was under warranty and didn't bother to check. When we brought up that the part was under warranty the next day to Ben's ProServ they said it was too late to get reimbursed. To make matters worse the HVAC is still having the same issues before Ben's ProServ was ever contacted and meanwhile I'm out hundreds of dollars. They did offer to send yet another person out and waive their initial visit fee but after charging us for a part that they shouldn't have charged us for and for the fact that they already had two techs out that couldn't figure out what was going on with no offer to refund the erroneously charged part, I figured it was a safer bet to avoid this company.

I called for an estimate. They were late showing up.
Then they never called me with an estimate.
When I called to find out what was going on the girl lied and told her boss she gave me the estimate already.
Not professional at all. I know people get busy, but don't lie to cover your ass.
Just apologize and do your job.
Just found out from the guy Ben's ProServ sent back to my house that the humidifier they installed (part of a larger job) was ""wired wrong"" and never tested. I was told ""I was all set"" with my new duct work and humidifier. My bill was paid in full but the work was not complete. This job was a problem from the start and now to find out part of what I paid for never worked because it was not wired right just adds insult to injury.
What else is wrong with the work? How would I ever know?
I don't need to say much as the pictures show what kind of service they will provide you. They also drilled over brand new computers and appliances and didn't ask for them to be moved or covered. The best part is that those pictures were taken after they came back and ""cleaned up."" They won't be coming back in my house and I wouldn't recommend you let them into yours.
Way too expensive! I called them for emergency service and they wanted $220 to show up plus 130 hour, plus repairs. Why would a company trying to build their customer base try to rip you off in a time of need?
I called EnviroSafe and they came out for a reasonable price. Thank you! And thanks to Tom our technician!! I will recommend you!!!!
