He has an old school, small-town demeanor that exudes calm in the midst of a hectic and highfalutin Washington DC populace. Pricing is better than most in the area. The Washington DC area is full of disingenuous service businesses that are quick to offer to fix your soon-to-be catastrophic problem but at exorbitant prices (especially when you have a wealth-implied zip code!). So it is very refreshing to find someone who has integrity. A+++.

I am very pleased with the service we received from Ben's Plumbing. Our kitchen sink was backing up and we discovered a leak as well. After having contacted several plumbers who did not respond to my calls, we were very happy to find Ben doing a repair at a neighbor's house and were able to schedule an appointment for next day. Ben was not only responsive to our issue, he is very knowledgeable, efficient and has fair pricing. I was also pleased that Ben called to notify me of a delay, confirms appointments by text and email and provides a detailed receipt of the work done. I needed to replace the pop up mechanism in my sink as well as have a battery that fell down the sink removed.
